Never again. The worst. $80 later and my car, not a huge SUV, is still filthy. Disgusted. No pride, they don't care. I keep my car in pristine condition and decided to give this place a try, close to home and convenient. They broke off my spring cap on the middle power console, ripped right off. Of course they deny it. I expected it. Got home, ordered a power cap, $28. Do we have to take pics before we get our cars washed now? Seems like it. Avoid this place like the plague.

If I can leave a half of star review, I would this place is horrible. I would definitely not take any car or vehicle there. I had a detail clean for $200 and they did a horrible job. I will never be coming back here and I would definitely not take your car there. The car was there for over eight hours, and this is how I got it back. I will definitely never have My Car here again.

This place is OK at best for a touchup of a mild to moderately dirty car. For the price I paid ($30), I expected a much better quality. But not only did they do the bare minimum effort to wipe off my car and left a lot of smudges still there, but in the process they somehow managed to tear off a sticker I had on my windshield.
Be careful if you have stuff inside of your car.

We have unlimited car wash service and I almost go weekly. They do a good job. Good service and good value

Worse car wash I ever had!!! There where spots and dirt left on every panel. I asked the attendant if he could wipe down a one foot area that was glaringly missed. He replied if you don't like it call the manager. The manager was rude and argumentative and said the dirty was permanent even after he wipe away a small portion, said I had to pay extra for him to wipe clean the car. Even though I have been a Diamond member for years I won't be going back. The last two times have been beyond terrible.

I have been a member of the car wash club for over a year now and never had a problem the general manager always is there to take your car in for a wash when they have a special they charge you the difference between the wash and the wax because you pay a monthly fee for a car washes, I had the full service one that included spray wax when I asked to do the hand wax that was on special. The wash and wax together was Wednesday special for $50. They’ve always charged me the 20 or $30 extra because I have a truck. This time he said he would throw in the spray wax instead of waxing it I go I’m already paying for a spray wax I would like to pay the difference and have it waxed. He said OK. i’ve been dealing with him for a year he knows. I never have the inside of the car armor. All he decided he didn’t want to do the wax anyway, and when I came back to pick up the car, it was not waxed. I was charged the extra for the wax and the inside of my car was armor. All there was no miscommunication either because he sent out the assistant manager told me that was too bad and he was on a break. He could not talk to me so I was told he would call me back. He never called me back so I called again. He was too busy to come to the phone. Needless to say I won’t be back there , that was the most unbelievably rude and bad service from a guy that I’ve been talking to for over a year getting my car washed there. He always seem to be a nice guy. I don’t know what’s wrong with him, but I am sure you won’t be back and don’t trust their club prices I felt like they just try to rip me off. I don’t know why they did that. Maybe they need money now. Maybe they’ve been slow, just Hiding from me and not handling, the problem was not the way to handle it

I pulled in the car wash at 3:55 on a Saturday. There were still cars being cleaning and even vacuumed - but they turned me away. Business was slow that day they explained - so they 'closed down early'.
We take multiple vehicles to get washed here from the business I work for. We may have to reevaluate and find another car wash. Terrible customer service!

Paid $60 not including tip for my car to look like this. Interior looked like it was barely wiped down. Never going back.

I took my wife and kids with me to get the truck washed. At the end of the wash when you pick your vehicle up to leave we couldn’t find the keys. We told one of the employees we couldn’t find them. The manager finally came to me and said I heard you need me. What ups what do you need? I said the employees can’t find my keys. He said oh ok and walked off. After half of the employees and manager looked for the keys for over 15-20 mins around the area they found the keys in the car wash itself. The manager Jerry came to me with the keys soaked. He says to me well if we saw where you put the keys we would have moved them or we would have put them in a place where we knew they should be but your keys are probably water proof and should be fine. Hands the keys to me and sits there staring at me. I said so this is my fault? He said back that’s not what I said. He proceeded to argue with me. Then told me he was done with the conversation and walked away. Never apologized for the inconvenience of my family having be there so long in the heat and making us late for our next appointment. Never taking responsibility for what happened but placing the blame on me. Jerry was very combative verbally with me and refused to de escalate this situation.

They busted the rear window wiper off my car and at first, ducked my calls. Now they’re just refusing to pay for the repair. Their manager, Jerry told me a story about taking care of it while not returning calls. The owner, Kirk Kuzmanic likes to claim how customer focused he is but that appears to be a story too. Small claims and social media next. Maybe a billboard.

Really wish I would've saw the star rating before I went. Closest car wash to me but unfortunately I'm never goin back. Better off just lettin it get dirty. Awful job. No time taken to take off very visible dirt & bird doo.

I had gotten my car washed here, FULL service + hand wash. I am a little disappointed not only for paying $40 but especially since my vehicle was HAND washed for an additional price. The outside was clean, but there was many dirty areas like on my windshield a little on front bumper, and rims. Not to mention the windows still had some water marks on them and there were some swirl marks on the bottom of all doors doors, bottom back corner bumpers and front fenders from not being fully wiped or not properly wiped with a dry rag. The interior was barely wiped down with a rag, I could tell they did some of the interior, but definitely missed quite literally my entire upper dashboard. I’m not sure if “Full service” included a proper quick spray down and cleaning of some sort but they did not touch anywhere near my gear shifter or cup holders one bit. They threw everything (paperwork) I had behind my seat pocket and sides on the floor and back seat. The tire shine also only lasted 2 days before it started looking back to before.

They don't clean the cars well or vacuum them well, I had to go and vacuum them because they didn't even vacuum the back seats. They didn't even wash it well from outside. And it's not the first time he's been roasted. I'll never go there again
