I just went to Ralphs for the first time in a few years to get some cold cuts because I wanted a Boar's Head roast beef Sandwich.
The price was a ridiculous 16.99 a lb. For what? Is it gold plated?
When I expressed my concern to the manager and told them I won;t be coming back, can you believe he laughed at me and told me "this store does a million dollars a week".
Rich people shopping for Rich food. Soon they will be selling to themselves.
I can not believe this has happend to one of my favorite brands and store. I will never shop at a Ralph's again. I hope the manager get's a talking to as well, because they way I was treated was unacceptable. This is Raplh's on Temecula Parkway in Temecula California.

Waited in pickup for 45 minutes. I called after fifteen minutes and was told it had not been shopped yet and they'd bring it out. After another twenty minutes I called again because it was still not brought out. They said they'd bring it right out. I've now been waiting for 50 minutes and still don't have my order.

Love the recent remodel. The landscaping and fresh paint outside set the stage. Inside has plenty of options and one of the best wine selections in Temecula. Produce is well stocked and there are plenty of budget and high end meat options. The new dairy cases have eco sense in mind. One of my favs.

We are regulars at this store. Always have the nicest produce selection in town. Staff is always helpful and friendly.

I placed an online order for pickup today and when I got home, they had forgotten six of the most important items I needed. I had to go back to the store (could not reach anyone by phone at Ralph’s). The whole idea was not having to go inside and wasted an hour of my afternoon. I would not recommend online pickup orders.

The checker Dan is the absolute grumpiest worker I've ever seen. Today he berated the woman in front of me for not being able to find an item and having the bagger (the bagger volunteered) get it for her And then he didn't want to cash my coin star (while I was purchasing something, not just cashing ) because I didn't cash it the same day (they were crazy busy that day) he said it was no longer good but when I looked pissed, miraculously he could do it. (Coin star does suggest you do it same day only cuz they say they are easily lost) He's been that way as long as I can remember. I usually avoid him (and one other grump) but not many aisle were open It's a shame cuz there are other checkers that have been there forever and are super nice to me always. But there's other places to shop
