I am very happy with the bank, but I hate! the location. Competing with Trader Joe's is not easy to do. Why would you put the bank their??? Sure is not for customer convenience.

Called the branch to get general information on a new business account. I talked with Anthony and he gave me all the information I needed. At first, I was hesitant to call because I wasn't familiar with this bank. After finding out that this bank helps the community, i will definitely be opening my account here. Thank you for being patient with me and professional.

I'm writing this review specifically for the branch location in Temecula on Winchester Rd. because this local bank has excellent friendly and speedy customer service. During my younger college and adult years, I banked with Wells Fargo and Bank of America but I always found long lines for service during most of my visits. When I settled down in Temecula in March of 2019, I decided to open my checking account with a smaller local bank and I chose Provident because other members of my family have enjoyed banking with them for almost 20 years. Whenever I need to go inside this location (there is an ATM outside), I am always greeted with smiles by Bekah, Anthony, Armando and the rest of the friendly staff. I am usually helped within a couple of minutes, sometimes right away as there are not long lines when compared to the bigger nationwide banks. Most importantly, I have never had one problem with any of my direct deposits, funds transferred or debit cards issued by Provident. I started with one basic checking account in 2019 and now have three accounts with Provident and will continue to give them my business as long as I am a local resident of Temecula or Murrieta. Just had the worse experience as a business owner with this bank. I've had multiple accounts with them for 4+ years, and the current manager was rude and I was verbally attacked by their male teller. After asking them I wanted to pull all my money out of my account, they told me I had to leave the branch. Not very professional, I urge everyone to stay away from this branch in Temeculaz

I've been waiting to get my debit card from them since october 2 ! And Im still waiting! Ive called and keep getting the run around ! Im about ready to cancel my checking account & go with a different bank !

Dean Zeinowic helped us with our mortgage, he was truly outstanding. This was not the first house we purchased but it was probably the most painless in regards to the mortgage. Dean was knowledgeable, helpful and kept on top of everything. He's a great person to work with and i would gladly recommend him for your financial needs, no hesitation. He made this a very positive experience.

I have a non profit group that I use Provident bank as my financial institution. The reason that I bank there for the non-profit is because of Kristan Humphrey. She made an appointment with me, came to my office and explained that Provident has a special program that is designed for non-profits. I opened an account with her right in my office. I go the branch a couple of times a week to make deposits and the staff all call me by name and I feel like i'm the only customer they have. Just the best service ever. I have not experienced this level of service at a bank before. ...Then, i decided to buy a home! I met wit Dean Zienowicz, the mortgage loan officer, he walked me through the process and showed me my options. Being a first time home buyer I had no idea what I was getting to. Because of the service that I was receiving as a bank customer, I thought lets use them for my home loan. So i signed up with them. At this point, Carissa Tweedt, the loan processor, got involved. My home deal was crazy as it "sale by owner" and I am self employed. These two worked relentlessly on my behalf until the deal was completed. without their help and guidance I don't think I could have pulled the loan off. If you are thinking about buying a house or looking for a bank with some service, please go see these folks. I give the staff that i dealt with and the everybody there a "No Hold barred" five star rating. You won't be disappointed! Richard Olson A very happy customer
