Does not ever answer the phone or returns voicemails/emails or messages on yelp. Hate to do this because I haven't even gone but by not replying to a potential customer even if you give them the answer they don't want like we are full not accepting new clients would be nice. Or take you business off yelp. I have two gsd and I have gone to several groomers not happy with any of them except one in Carlsbad. But it's too much of a hull from Temecula I wish with all this growth Temecula was getting we would get some better businesses higher end ones.

You won’t regret bringing your pet here. Such great service and they really care about your pet. I’ve been taking my dog here for over 2 years and now have another dog that gets groomed here too. I’ve never had an issue here at all. You even get a cute picture of your pet when you pick them up. Absolutely love this place ?

Just perfect! I'm so glad I found this place. Jen is awesome. She took the time to talk to me and asked me exactly what I wanted done. My little girl looked so good when I picked her up. Her cut was perfectly shaped and her nails trimmed and buffed. At first I was worried because I didn't see any recent reviews for this business, but let me assure you, Jen will take care of your pup and they'll come out looking perfect! My little girl definitely had the perfect pet spaw day with Jen! I've already booked my next appointment and will be a repeat customer from now on. I highly recommend!

Delanie at Perfect Pet Spaw is wonderful! My fur babies love to get groomed there and they always leave perfectly groomed for a reasonable price. I can't recommend them enough!!! The best part, they don't discriminate against certain breeds and my pitties just love it there and we always get a super cute themed photo of them when we leave!!!

Very happy! They were able to get me in same day for my Tanner. The staff is very nice and professional and the cut was perfect, also I got a photo after his grooming. I never received a photo before. I will definitely bring my other pup here and be returning with Tanner.

Jen is amazing. She groomed my dog Kimbo (border collie mix - 65 lbs) for many years. He was sensitive of his feet and back legs. He loved Jen and would wag his tail when he came to visit her. He became blind and had really bad arthritis the last few years of his life and he still loved going to Jen. She made sure he was comfortable and let him rest when his legs would get tired. It's been a few months since he passed and my family misses seeing Jen once a month. I would highly recommend Perfect Pet Spaw. They truly care about your pet. Thanks, Jen! You rock!

This is the very best pet grooming spa. I love everything about it. The people from start to finish are wonderful friendly professional and so much more. Our grooming was excellent. I will refer them when ever I can. Do yourself and your fur baby a treat call them. You won't be disappointed.

One of my dog always have issue when he goes to groomer. The last time he had, he was so traumatized , it took about a week before he was able to act like his old self. But this place told me upfront that they will try but if he becomes difficult they will stop. I brought my two dogs and my little one likes Natsuko at once, which is a first time. He only like family. natsuko is calm and soft spoken and able to handle my dog well. I'm very happy and will definitely be back.

Natsuko washed our three babies and trimmed their nails. We have a lab, Chihuahua, and a shepherd mix. She did an amazing job. We loved the tie she put on Lucy, bandana on Bella, and Halloween ribbon on Lily. They took our babies right away and Were incredibly sweet and great with communication. I wish I could give them 6 stars!
