hi i came today at 4 pm an hour and 30 before you guys close on my only day off trying to get my roommate a debit card through you guys. it's now 5:15 and i've already left because in my opinion i shouldn't have to be waiting over an hour just for you guys to see me. It wasn't busy at all and I know it doesn't take that long for a new debit card application. Be prepared to wait over an hour for nothing to happen. Worst customer service of my life. Thank you for nothing Navy Federal.

I have no complaints of this bank…they’ve always been super nice and helpful to my business partner and I…we love coming to this branch for business purposes and we always get great customer service. It’s also nice to see how clean it is :) overall a wonderful experience!

The branch is always neat and the staff is professional and courteous. A special shout-out to Heera as she has assisted me on multiple occasions with my needs. She always goes above and beyond to provide information on additional products I can benefit from and she provides solutions and recommendations on saving and making money. Thank you Heera.

I loved my experience at this location. I was utilizing the ATM and while having issues with my transaction Heera took the time to walk me through it . She was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. While assisting me she asked me where I bank and if I enjoy my current financial institution. During the conversation she took the time to ask additional questions as to how am I currently utilizing my accounts and she made recommendations mentioning the CDs and other products Navy Federal offers. I wish I had the time to discuss further but I loved how she gave me her card and told me to contact her at any time. I really enjoyed her initiative and assistance. She truly made my day. Thank you Heera for taking the time to assist me while during your break outside.

I use this branch only when I need to be in the Temecula area otherwise I go to the Mo Val/ Riverside Branch. Much better Customer Service.

In no world would I ever recommend Navy Federal to any soul. When I ask for automatic payments to be set up onto a loan account, you’d expect them to set up automatic recurring payments. Not the case with Navy Federal. I checked my accounts only find out a month later I missed 2 payments because they set an expiration date on my recurring automatic payment I requested. Who does that? Please, if you’re reading this, do not look into Navy Federal. Look elsewhere

Ryan!!! He's your guy 1000%. Went in to remove and add a credit card. My boyfriend came in to open an account. Super great and terrific guy! Super knowledgeable! He's a definite teacher and super informative. He helped us understand how to use a credit card and use money and build credit wisely. Honestly this guy deserves a raise and to make what he genuinely deserves. He's super welcoming, reassuring, and sweet! The place was packed when we went in and they helped us pretty quickly. Definitely recommend him and this place. They all were great here.
