Jeremy responded to my house in order to fix an issue I was having with my fence. He responded promptly and provided great service! Overall, I am extremely happy with this electric fence and the service they provide is always of high quality. Would highly recommend this company for anyone interested in a fence. Works extremely well and also has an awesome warranty.

Wow wow wow ! What great customer service ! Knowledgeable and so kind a thoughtful towards my dog ! Nothing has worked with my dog getting out and running at the front door . One visit and it completely fixed the problem . They came back to make sure the training worked 3 times ! We almost had to find my dog a new home . But now she can stay with us because of invisible fence help !!

Just finished up training, and we have nothing but positive things to say about our experience. Our French Bulldogs had zero boundaries and would run wild around our yard: destroying our landscaping and potentially endangering themselves. Jeremy gave us the tools and knowledge to be successful, and worked with our little guys like a pro. Thank you so much for everything!

After our shepherd/akita ran out of our driveway, not once but twice, after we left in the car… we decided it would definitely be a good idea to invest in Invisible Fence. Everything from the initial call, scheduling, install, to training was super easy. Jeremy who installed our fence was friendly, professional, and highly knowledgeable. He did a quality job installing the fence, and was a pleasure to work with for our training sessions. Our dog reacted very well to Jeremys training and the fence, Jeremy gave us, in small bite size pieces, homework to practice between training sessions and i am happy to report after our 3rd training session today, our pup now knows the border and lays down in a relaxed position well before reaching it, no longer trying to cross the driveway onto the sidewalk or run into the street. We couldn’t be happier!

We have been Invisible Fence customers for a long time, but needed a lot of work done on our system when we adopted another dog. We had the good fortune of working with Jeremy on the install and the training. He was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. He was very professional, compassionate, easy to work with, and you can tell he really cares about our dogs and their safety. He was quite responsive with questions and concerns as well. We would recommend the company because of him specifically. We are so happy to report that our new dog learned the system really quickly and we haven't had any issues with her trying to leave the property. Thank you Jeremy!

We have had a wonderful experience with the product, Invisible Fence. Jeremy trained George 1 1/2 years ago, and Louis just finished today. I can't say enough about the training procedure and Jeremy's patience and thoroughness not only with the boys but with me as well.

What a pleasure it has been working with Jeremy! He had a plan from the start and it worked out beautifully. My only regret is I should have used Invisible Fence earlier. My two labs are 8 and 9 years old and for years have been causing menace in our home around food, marking carpets and areas in our home as well as enjoying the pool and then running through the house wet! Within 3 weeks time our dogs have stopped these behaviors and everyone in our home is relaxed and happy for the first time in 9 years! Thank you Jeremy for treating our dogs with such kindness and training them each week with such care.

I must admit, I wasn't convinced this would work with my 115 pound German Shepard. Boy was I wrong!He now avoids the area and I have some peace of mind.Shout Out to Invisible Fence. The customer service was fantastic from start to finish.
