Went in to find a scalp treatment for my daughter, who is losing hair, and the girls were super friendly and helpful. They spent 15 minutes reading labels with me, so I could make the best decision. I usually go to salon centric because they have the color I use, but I will be coming here for everything else from now on.

I love this place and never have I ever had any issues. Reading the other reviews has been further from the truth.. and even if there is some, maybe someone was having a bad day, something in customer service we are challenge with. These ladies are awesome and helpful. My favorite location in fact!!

I never do reviews but this place and the workers their are absolutely amazing. Every time I go in here I am greeted with a smile and eye contact. The ladies here love their customers and their job. I had an amazing experience to day with a tall blonde curly haired lady. She made sure I got all the information I needed and walk around with me to make sure I found everything I was asking about. I hate going out now a days because people are rude and never care about their customers any more. I wish that these employees worked at every store I go to. If they did this world would be such a better place and so much happier. Thank you Temecula CosmoProf and thank you so much employee who helped me. I will never go to any other store.

Upon entering the store, the staffs were talking near the register . 2 ladies greeted me and my kids except this tall big lady with curly hair. She gave us a dirty look and proceeded to make this annoyed face. I'm ok with them not saying hi when busy or distracted but this lady was intentionally glaring at us for being there. I didn't say anything while we were there because the other staffs were friendly and helpful, but I was still taken aback by this rude unfriendly person. It's sad that this place serves professionals yet they employ such people.

My mother and I have been coming here for YEARS. All of the ladies that we have met have been incredibly helpful, polite and nice. Today was a different experience. My mother has been a stylist for over 30 years. I have always helped her pick up what she need if she is unable too. She lives a bit out of the way. I know the rules and requirements for shopping here- I always have a list and her card. Today I was made to feel like an idiot. The lady that was working the late morning shift ( dark hair, a little on the heavy side, possibly Hispanic) was incredibly dry, rude and passive aggressive. I had to call my mother to get authorization to purchase the items she needed with her card- ok, I get it. Rules are rules. It's the way it was addressed. No adult women should EVER make anyone feel like a complete idiot. I wish I could have recorded the entire encounter to really explain it. She was instantly annoyed with me, her RBF face said it all. I am so disappointed as I always come to this location. Management, as I read other reviews I would encourage you to have a conversation with your staff. And to the lady that checked me out. Chill lol seriously life isn't that serious sweetie. Treat your customers with kindness, educate with respect and fix your RBF.

Beware of the b**** that works on Sunday She's miserable with her own life so she projects her own insecurities onto her co workers and has driven many people to the Murrieta location in order to just avoid her as a whole, wow. I have spoken to other people as well and actually 2-3 people I know say that they won't be coming to this location again because of there horrible interactions with misses Evelyn. You would think a grown women would act her age & be respectful but no she is a bully to new employees and belittles frequent regulars at checkout EVERY TIME oh and she's the mask police people like her who pretend to go " by the books" with everything are only miserable with themselves and have no social skills. It's not that serious girl ! You make the slightest thing a big deal.. I live down the street from this location and I was a frequent regular on Sunday's but I will drive to Murrieta in order to avoid this monster.

The staff here are amazing! Super helpful and welcoming. I will make the drive to come to THIS location compared to the one in Murrieta. Whatever you are doing please don't change it.

Horrible customer service!!! I got out of my car at 3:59, they close at 4:00. The associate was standing at the door and locked it in front of me, literally 2 steps from the door!! Did not take me a minute to walk to the door. I needed one item and knew where it was in the store. Would have taken less than two minutes to get the product and check out. Guess they don't need the sales. I will take my business to Salon Centric, and so will my friends in the business.
