This review is long overdue. We've been using this branch since they opened and have always had a great experience. All of the staff is a pleasure to deal with and very helpful. Rain, the branch manager is absolutely fantastic. He is very knowledgeable, quick to respond, and goes above and beyond for his customers. The company itself is top notch and we highly recommend their products.

Great customer service at the Temecula location, they are very fast and quick to ask if you need any assistance. Eddie is very knowledgeable being he has been in the HVAC industry for over ten years, you can ask him anything from technical questions, diagrams and parts schematics to pricing AHRI match up’s and special order custom metal. This guy is a diamond who needs to be promoted or someone else will give him the position he deserves in this industry. Thank you for all your help!!!!

I love this store! The vibe the guys set within the doors make it a rad place to shop, always helpful, always smiling, and most importantly make you feel like family. I purchase hundreds of thousands of dollars in parts and equipment there every year and have yet to have major issues with any of it. Especially the high efficiency equipment, amazing, quiet, and reliable! This equipment rivals the name brands. Rain runs a tight ship and the place is always organized and sanitary! Seriously, why shop anywhere else local?
