I highly recommend Diana as your realtor, especially if you’re a first-time buyer like I was. I explained to her exactly what I was looking for in my property and what I wanted to eventually do with it. Diana never once wasted my time trying to push me into a sale that didn’t fit those requirements. During the process Diana was always friendly, patient and thoroughly educated me on every step of the process. Her vast wealth of knowledge from being in the industry for over 30 years coupled with being a long time resident and realtor in the Tehachapi and surrounding areas makes her an indispensable asset that you want on your side. She knows just about anyone, and everything needed to get this process done in a quick and efficient manner. Purchased our very first home with Stacey! Happen to purchase during the Covid crisis. Stacey was always professional during our conversations and took the precautions as the state required! Stacey always returned my phone calls, text messages or emails promptly. Anytime I had a question she would try to answer it and if she could not answer it she found someone that had the answer! She went up and beyond to make sure we purchased the home that would be right for our family. She made sure we knew everything we possibly could about the house, so we knew what we were getting into. From understanding we had a new roof to the water heater had sediment in it and should be addressed in the near future. She knows the area well and can give you lots of information about noise in the environment to who possibly lives next-door. We were purchasing from out of the area and did not know the area that well. She made us feel welcome! I recommend Stacey to anyone who needs to purchase or sell their home! She works hard for you and you will always know what you were getting in the end.
