I love this Urgent Care. We have been many, many times and always received the best service. The staff, nurses, and Doctor are always professional and kind.

The caring and helpful staff were so great in a time of need. I will always go back to this urgent care in the future. The NP, Hilda was the sweetest and took such great care of me!

***DO NOT COME HERE, YOU WILL REGRET IT.***
My recent visit to VIP Urgent Care was nothing short of a nightmare. It was clear that the staff were more interested in their own agendas than in providing proper care. The receptionist barely acknowledged my presence, absorbed in her phone as if I was invisible.
The so-called doctor, with the same grey pixie cut mentioned in other reviews, displayed shocking unprofessionalism. They refused to listen to my medical history, brushing off my concerns with blatant disregard. Instead of a caring attitude, I was met with interruptions and a dismissive demeanor, making me feel insignificant and unheard. Their bedside manner was non-existent, marked by eye rolls and impatient sighs throughout the consultation.
What's more appalling is the unnecessary personal details they shared, seemingly to inflate their own importance. This lack of professionalism is inexcusable in a healthcare setting.
Overall, this was one of the worst medical experiences I've ever had. VIP Urgent Care clearly lacks respect for patients and their well-being. I strongly advise seeking medical care elsewhere to avoid the stress and disrespect I encountered. The only legitimate person there was David, who seemed genuinely competent amidst the chaos. I feel sorry that he has to work in such a toxic environment. It's bewildering to me that such a facility can operate with such disregard for professionalism and patient care.

The only way to see them is to have your id *emailed* to their gmail. Plus, the receptionist hated her job

I have a weak immune system and take covid/airborne illness safety very seriously, so seeing a doctor right now is a very stressful and scary thing for me. I was nervous going into this appointment as I had never been to this urgent care before.
I unfortunately do not recall the doctor’s name, but she was a middle-aged white woman with short gray hair. The doctor came in, unmasked, and got very close to me. I was immediately uncomfortable and I politely asked if she could please wear a mask. She refused and asked me why I’m asking her to do that. I was taken aback and all I could say was Covid. She then told me Covid was over 3 years ago. I asked if there was another doctor who would see me. She said no. She said she wanted to help me, but wouldn’t wear a mask. I said wearing a mask would help me. She said she refused to see me, opened the door, and left without another word. My tone throughout the entire interaction was very calm, meek, and uncomfortable, while her demeanor was very confrontational, aggressive, disrespectful, and just downright mean.
I returned to the front desk in tears and asked to have my co-pay returned as the doctor refused to see me. I got my co-pay back (please note that I was told that my file was deleted in order for this to happen and I was told that I was unable to receive written proof of this) from the receptionist and told her, through sobs, that this was an awful, cruel thing to do to their immunocompromised patients. I just needed to say something before I left and that’s all I could manage. She said that I should have told the doctor that I was immunocompromised and she would have been more understanding instead of me “demanding.” That they weren’t required and it’s up to the patients and they have the right to refuse.
I just wanted to be safe and comfortable while receiving medical care that I very desperately needed and I was met with extremely unprofessional, uncaring, and frankly cold responses. The doctor telling me that Covid was over 3 years ago is also just blatantly false and is a dangerous and irresponsible thing to tell patients, on top of refusing to don standard medical PPE. It's incredibly disheartening that me and many, many other patients have to choose to either suffer in silence at home, or risk their health at medical facilities with medical professionals that are unwilling to listen to their patients or show any kind of compassion or care.

Very rude lady on the front desk.
I came here with my husband for a bad throat issue. From the minute we step in, she is very rude. Maybe a racist? Because we haven’t interact yet!
Not sure if the DR is good or not. But the owner needs to find a better receptionist.
To the receptionist lady - Even if you don’t care about how the patient feel, you need to be a decent human being first.

For the past two years, I have been a regular at VIP Urgent Care, relying on their services extensively. I have always appreciated their prompt appointments, efficient care, and clean facilities, along with the exceptional doctors they have. However, yesterday, I encountered a new doctor, Dr. Nikjoo, with short gray hair, whom I had not seen before.
Given my history of receiving three-month refills for the past two years, I was surprised when Dr. Nikjoo only prescribed a one-month refill and insisted on a return visit in a month for insurance maybe for purposes. Despite my explanation of the usual refill pattern, she remained adamant. When I raised my concerns at the front desk, she asserted her authority as the boss and refused to provide the three-month refill, which I found to be rather brusque.
Upon collecting my prescription today for the one-month refill and paying for it, I discovered that Dr. Nikjoo had written the wrong medication type and dosage, resulting in a prescription that was twice as expensive. Unfortunately, when I attempted to return it to the pharmacy just a short distance away, they were unable to process the return. Now, I am left with no choice but to repurchase the correct prescription at a significantly higher cost.

If I could give this place a 0 I would. From receptionist to “DR” a lady with gray pixi cut.
Went in with a head ache. They gave me Covid test (which was ok) a vaccine without my consent for my migraine. Office may look all fancy; but it was the worst service. I’ve never had a practice run my card for anything. Don’t come here!

My family has been using this facility for a few years now. The doctor and the stuff make us feels so important and give individualized attention. They never dismiss any of our concerns. Going there feels like being seen by a family doctor. Honestly I can not imagine an Urgent care between than them. Indeed they are VIP. THANK YOU for being excellent!

The rating of this place should be 0. Spent less than 2 min in the room for 2 sick toddlers. Horrible service over all. No clear diagnosis, or instructions. Have to take them back to their pediatrician for evaluation.
