Moved a container with about 150 boxes from USA to Asia with Legend. One box that had number of our valuables (about $15000) were stolen. Ignore the glowing reviews - fake reviews posted by people who have only posted once. I made a big mistake and fell for these fake positive reviews. Many people (shipments to Columbia, Mexico, Dubai, etc etc) have lost valuables with this company. Dilgently, read the real reviews and experiences. If you absolutely have to use them, I would at the very least do a criminal background check on the moving team. Izzy the manager is very knowledgeable and friendly, and gave me $250 off due to delay in shipment. It is a small percentage of the overall loss once we realized our most precious box went missing/swindled in Los Angeles.

I WOULD LIKE TO SAY THANK YOU TO THE TEAM AT LEGEND INTERNATIONAL WE USED THEM 3 TIMES IN THE LAST 3 YEARS TO MOVE OUR OFFICE STAFF TO OUR OFFICES IN GREECE AND LONDON AND ALL ARRIVAD ON TIME AND WITH NO HIDDEN CHARGES WILL USE THEM AGAIN WHEN WE NEED TO MOVE ANY OF OUR EMPLOYEES

I've used Legend International to move all my stuff from Los Angeles California to Vienna Austria. They were very professional, on time and they wrapped and packed up everything really well. They also documented everything I sent and labeled everything with numbers. They gave me a copy pf the packing list. They took care of everything, even customs.
A few weeks later they contacted me in Austria to schedule a delivery day. Everything was accunted for and nothing was damaged. Needless to say, I was happy.
Two years later, I designed to move back to the US. This time I had even more items. All my stuff is really nice and expensive. I called Legend again, they showed up with a truck a few guys and a lot of parking materials. I was really worried about my bedroom set made of cherry wood. They double wrapped the wood and even added stiff cardboard to the edges and corners to make sure it was protected.
I was flying to Texas but I wasn't sure if I'd settled in Texas or another state.
That wasn't a problem for Legend Int. They have a where house in Houston.
So it took me 8 months to finally figure out where I'd like to live. I was a little concerned about my stuff since I haven't contacted them and a while has past.
When I called, I gave them the address and a few days later they delivered everything. Again nothing broken or lost.
I will have to move one more time and I'm definitely going to have Legend Int. Move me.

I used Legend to move from LA to Israel. Izzy was super professional. He was very responsive both over email and by phone, walked us through the process step by step, and offered us the best price in the market. I would highly recommend their service for moving across countries!

We used this company to move from LA to Dubai. We specifically didn’t tape up the boxes we packed and told them about some of our high value stuff.
And that’s the mistake because when we received our stuff in Dubai, all the boxes came except one which had all the high value bags, some clothes and jewelry. These guys were so smart that they didn’t tag the box and so insurance can do nothing. And nobody is willing to take any responsibility and we lost $$$ worth of stuff. DON’T USE THIS COMPANY- the packers clearly worked together and quietly stole our box.

I wish I checked these reviews before contracting with Legend and Izzy, because I wouldn't have used them. I've picked this company to move a few boxes from San Jose to Dubai, and chose them even when they were the most expensive of all other companies. I've explained to Izzy time after time, that the most important thing I wanted to move safely are my three guitars. He repeatedly promised that this is their usual shipment, they know how to move guitars, they do it everyday and what have you. The team he sent me used cardboard to store the guitars, and even that I checked with them more than once they said it's something they do all the time. Stored, shipped, delayed for 2 months, and then I received the shipment to see the boxes damaged on the outside. I opened them, and see two of the guitars they stored are broken in half.I've told Izzy several times that these guitars have sentimental value for me, it's very important to not break them, and he just lied all the time saying this is something he did repeatedly. Asked me to leave his team to do the packaging and storing. Guess what, the books and guitars they stored all got damaged and broken, and the one guitar that didn't break was the one I stored.I reach out to him, and you'd think he'd at least empathize with you. Nothing!! He barely responds. I spent months following up with him to get the insurance paperwork to fill. He wouldn't even show some professionalism or understanding when I told him of that. Barely responds to my email, which was not the case with him when he was asking for the money or making the sale.I go to the insurance to get my money, and of course the company he asked me to work with for insurance charge high access, so the amount they paid back didn't cover the cost of even one guitar.I really wish I've read the reviews here before working with this company. But you should be very careful about working with them, and find other more professional companies to work with.

Do not use this service no matter how charming the boss is (my mistake). My shipping was a DISASTER. They broke nearly every main piece of furniture (punishment for not doing insurance) such that it was all useless. They mixed up what was to go to Chicago and what was to go to London. They delivered far later than promised by months. They arrived in Chicago without any warning whatsoever when we were on holiday in another country at the time which had to be cut short losing us a lot of money. Very poor packers, example: a light bulb was carefully wrapped in tissue paper and then in a box, but a set of six bone china plates were dumped in a box with no packing at all and of course they all broke. All in all, for the $13,000+ it was a shocking let down. When I tried numerous times to contact Izzy Lerner, I was totally ignored.I am just sorry on the moving day I spent a lot of money buying MacDonalds lunches for all the packers. They must have been laughing at me. A very very bad service and a very irresponsible company. They do not deserve the single star I gave them (there was nothing less than a single star!). Legend international moved us from Los Angeles to Aruba in July 2021. Even with the challenges of covid and shipping issues, they were able to make the move a successful one for us . Izzy was always in communication with us on the process involved. Our items arrived in good order.

We worked with Alyssa in getting a quote and organizing our move from US to AU. She was excellent to work with and very responsive - usually same day. We contacted half a dozen other movers, put aside their poor reviews, and decided we would go with them based solely on the excellent rapport we had with her.Recently we sent an email with a question and to give her a progress report of where we were at in our move. No answer. We followed up a later with another email - no answer. After the lack of replies we called and a person said she was no longer working there and that they took over her files. The person had an extremely strong Indian accent that we could hardly understand and spoke very directly and fast. You would think someone in the office would have contacted us long ago saying someone else would take over our project file. We were very close to making our move.Needless to say we did not feel comfortable at all. Not friendly on the phone and it felt as if we were bothering them. It's difficult to place trust in a company after getting bad vibes like this. So we now hunt for another company who speaks better english, displays professionalism, and answers questions quickly - not mention having excellent reviews. It's interesting that the owners hardly respond to negative reviews like the one about stolen items from their employees.

We waited 179 days to get our belongings from Los Angeles to Thailand. Welcome to Covid! Izzy Lerner was amazing to deal with, and he responded quickly back by email and the phone as well. Given how the shipping world has been turned upside down, they did a great job. And the Thai moving company that handed off our belongings were also top notch! (Boonma Moving) Thanks again Izzy!

Izzy made our relocation to Greece seem like a move next door. Everything was handled by Legend. Door to door was seamless. I was kept informed and was able to track the ship our container was on. When we arrived in Greece we were contacted by the partner of Legend at the port and they guided us from there. Our stuff arrived all in one piece and nothing was left behind. I can not thank Izzy and his team for all of the coordination for the move.

Yes! Despite COVID, pending strikes, and worker shortages Legend International Transport was able to ship my 7 wardrobe boxes from California to Barcelona, Spain. A partner company arranged the transport of the boxes from Barcelona to my new home in Isla, Cantabria, Spain. Boxes and contents were in perfect condition! Thank you Izzy Learner!! You know which company I’ll use next time!!!

We recently used Legend International Transport for our move from California to the UK. Izzy and his team made this experience as easy as possible. They assessed our household contents to determine the size on container we would need, they provided boxes and packing materials for the items we packed ourselves, they packed the bigger, more fragile items, they dismantled the furniture and wrapped each piece of furniture to protect it during shipping. Izzy was always happy to answer our questions about the moving processes. He assisted with the majority of the paperwork required. The agent on the UK side was also very easy to work with. Both moving teams on the US and UK side did an excellent job. The overall experience was excellent. We would highly recommend them to handle your move. For the amount of work they did I would say the price was very reasonable. I'm so glad we used them for our international move.

I found Legend International Transport after a horrible experience with shady movers who gave a quote and nearly doubled it the day of the move. I was nervous to entrust another company but Izzy was great throughout the entire process. He came to my house and evaluated everything that was to be shipped and gave me a reasonable quote. He was in constant contact with me to answer any questions I had regarding my international move. The day of the move, the guys came on time and were quick and efficient. They wrapped all of my items to protect them durning the journey. I am happy to say, everything arrived in one piece! I am so grateful.
