They are helpful in every sense of the word and meaning. they give you a drop off receipt and even scan it in so it's already in the system so FedEx knows what they are picking up and even notifies the recipient it's waiting for pick up and an estimated delivery date, thus helpful if you have time sensitive deliveries or ex:you have to provide proof to samsung that you have started the process of a trade in program. all in all, better at an office depot FedEx service center then having to drive to kinko FedEx which are very few and far between
