I wanted to buy a dress for my daughter as a present. Final sales are you kidding me, it's a present and I'm more then happy to take the credit if it doesn't fit her or she doesn't like it. I can't believe it I don't shop here and i definitely won't return.

SCAM SCAM SCAM !! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE YESTERDAY Me and my mother were making a purchase at this store, everything was okay until my mom pays with her card & the OWNER tells my mom that her card didn't go through so the owner suggests we insert the card again, I checked my moms bank statement before inserting the card again and IT DID GO THROUGH ! Money was taken from her account and the owner denied that it went through, so luckily Chase is right next to fashion gal so me and my mom went to Chase to see if it actually went through or not, they told us the charge was pending so we have to wait a day, so we did wait. TODAY the charge posted on my moms account that IT DID GO THROUGH and we went to fashion gal to speak to the owner and she didn't believe us, so we went to Chase to get document PROOF of the statement that it did go through, the owner still did NOT BELIEVE US. she just told us to wait more days?? FOR WHAT?? the payment CLEARLY went through, they just wanted us to forget about it so she can keep our money. we left with no merchandise & she did not give us any refund, Luckily Chase was willing to help us out and file a claim for FRAUDULENT CHARGES against Fashion Gal, I will not be purchasing from here anymore, THEY ARE MONEY HUNGRY ! Who knows how many customers they have scammed by making the customer put in their card a 2nd time....

This place is a hit or miss but considering that fitting rooms are closed because of the pandemic they should be more flexible with their return policy which is only a week I had to just throw away a lot of stuff that didn't fit because of this since I am always working and on my days off I have other errands to run otherwise I would shop there more often and the price is not cheap compared to other stores.

Rude customers service and over price! You might find something here but their unprofessional behaves keep you away from this store. Always someone is following you in the store and whatever you touched, the following lady after you touches the same item like customers steal something from that item?!! By coughing or some noises they are trying to give you this massage that they are watching you... You may find similar items with way better quality and less pricey in the other stores like tjmaxx, Marshall, Ross, even mall. At the end, they are mentioning that all the sales are final and you cannot return anything here.

They always close 30 min early or more. Its frustrating when you sit in traffic so long just to be told no at 7:37 when they close at 8?

Came in to exchange pants I bought that had a defective zipper I only wanted store credit i was told to ask the main manager who is rude I bought these when they didn't have the fitting rooms open so basically every item you purchase they always tell you final sale? How inconsiderate to sell things and not be able to return or exchange they just stay taking everyone's money! vhange your policy maybe you'll have more customers I would give 0 stars if I can

Won't came back here ever again the Asian lady has an bad attitude like if u asking her stuff for free she hade me wayting for a long time until she saw the like was getting big to charge me and won't even tell me the total ? and secure just behind me all the time like u can't even look at the thing conformable
