The store signed me up for a device protection plan for $17/month without asking me. That is double the price of Apple. It says $0 for Device Protection on the receipt. Asking to cancel got a response from Walter: "that is our policy, to sign people up for that." Cancelling it has to be done online. And you have to wait at least a day because the Verizon app shows the device protection immediately but there's no cancel button. Obviously they are desperate for money but this "sign up without asking the customer" is new to me and they are probably doing it to everyone.

I bought a new phone and watch. They charged me for helping me, without informing me, get a detailed receipt or invoice prior to allowing them to process your payment. The employee convinced me to get the liquid screen protector because "you can toss your keys and phone in your purse without worrying about it getting scratched." I noticed my screen was cracked a week later, but I never even tossed it in my purse with my keys. The store suggested I use the warranty for the screen protector, but I didn't think I should have to pay a $100 deductible as I didn't think I scratched the screen. They convince me to sign up for the Verizon insurance plan and tell me I'll only pay $29, and that it will be effective the date of purchase, so I agree to it. But Verizon says no, I signed up after the screen was damaged. Verizon also informed me that the store should have exchanged my device if I came back so quickly and I don't think I scratched the screen. The store never informed me that was an option, and by then of course it was too late. Don't work with this store, they lied to me, and Verizon corporate was not happy with them. I will never return to an "authorized dealer" again, better to work with an actual Verizon store.

Sophia was so kind and lovely. I was visiting from out of town and she took care of me and my family so quickly. Couldn't have asked for more!! Give her a raise!

I’ve been going to Sophea and Walter for years to help me with purchasing all my phones, issues with my account and anything else I need! They are always on top of their game and great customer service as always! Highly recommended! Whatever I need, they always got me!!

I went in today to get my SIM card issue fixed and I was greeted with great customer service. I wished I got the employees name to recommend her to everyone she is friendly and informative. I forgot some passwords and pins but she was very helpful and was able to help me with that. I will also recommend This store if you do not want to wait long lines as most Verizon stores I’ve gone to take forever to attend customers.

Went to see about upgrading an iPhone. Rep was very rude and condescending. Wouldn't answer my questions, kept on giving his sales pitch on leasing their top end phone. I told him several times I wasn't interested in a lease he told me snarkily "let me finish what I have to say or we'll never get through". Well a big FY to him, I don't need some a**hole clown giving me attitude when I'm the customer.

Great customer service. In Jan 19, I purchased a Google Pixel phone. Shophea helped me to set the new phone up, transfer all the data from old to new phone, and activate the warranty. Very knowledge, with great customer service skills. Will definitely purchase my next device there.
