Very rude staff. I waited over 45 minutes for service to get some chains cut. Waived down over 6 employees and none can help because only specialized employees can work the chain cutter. Our request was broadcast over the intercom twice. We asked one employee who we were told had authority to cut chains, he nodded in acknowledgment and then disappeared for over half an hour. It turned out he went on his lunch break. Then its his responsibility to refer us to someone else. He didn't snd simply ghosted us. Thats not the worst part. At this point it was close to 40 min and it's getting ridiculous. I waived down 2 employees at the same time, and finally expressed how long I have waited. They quickly waived down someone with chain cutting authority, and this guy started lecturing and patronizing me! He said: "people need to take their lunch breaks! We get hungry like you. Do you understand that we need breaks too?"I quickly said I also have not had lunch either waiting for them for almost an hour for a job that took less than 5 min.HD, its not the customers problem that you are understaffed. It is also not the responsibility of the customer to care when their lunch breaks are. But it is your responsibility to provide service to the customers and make sure their needs are met. It is out of line of your staff to lecture and patronize your customers and put their lunch break responsibilities onto the customers. Its worse that they are venting at customers. Get your act together. You are still running a business. Based on your employees attitude, why don't all of the employees go on their lunch breaks at the same time. Why bother showing up for work even. Who needs staff here. Give the customers ability to cut their own chains. Automate the rest. AI can provide better service than this!Reading the reviews, over 10% of the reviews mentioned rude staff. Looks like this is a deeply rooted culture problem at this store.

As someone who does a lot of side jobs and misc projects, I would come here often. Over the years, it's gone downhill at a steep grade.Their store website is never up to date and always claims there are plenty in stock, but you go in the store and it's not there. Nothing on the top of the shelves, and supposedly nothing in the back per their little stock checker electronic. Half the time that doesn't work either..When you do find something you want, half the time it's either broken or missing parts. Boxes are vent and smashed either from shipping or stocking with their forklifts. No crap that used to be square box that now looks like a hexagon hasn't been sold in 4 months.Restocking is non-existent to this store and the shelves are always missing items. I was even told they don't restock because their stock checker claims there's items, BUT THERE'S NONE ON THE SHELVES. MAKES SENSE, I THINK NOT!No one ever wants to help you. It's not their department or they're about to take lunch. I've made many attempts contacting specific departments for questions on a product and they were on lunch for 4 hours one day, then didn't show up for another 3 days even though they were scheduled the whole week. LOLSpecial order items that are quoted for a week take a month or longer. And there's no way around getting a refund because they already put the order in. I needed the item in a week to a week and a half not 6. I no longer need this. When I do pick it up, I have to wait 30 mins for someone to want to go grab my special ordered item(s) from the back of the store even though I scheduled an appt. for it to be ready in the front where I can sign off and be on my way.Overall, this store is a total bust now. It was so close and convenient in the past, but even with how close it is, it's VERY inconvenient. I'll take my tens of thousands per year purchases to a much more reliable business.Peace out, Home Depot. You will not be missed.

I needed to pick up some fertilizer and other odds and ends for the old and new place transition. A hyper and friendly lady helped me out to pick some stuff. Really happy that I got the help I needed, this place is super big and packed mid day! haha. It's like the place to be for DIYer's like myself. Happy! Enso forever! Our first order of cabinets from Home Depot using Thomasville came with a major broken cabinet and drawers that were the wrong sizes.

My visit to was okay, but it didn't fully meet my expectations. The store had a decent selection of products, but I found the layout confusing, and it took some effort to locate what I was looking for. The staff was helpful to some extent, but I wished they were more attentive and readily available to assist customers. Overall, it was an average shopping experience, but I believe there is room for improvement to enhance customer satisfaction.

I went in being a customer with a power tool return that I do not believe any store would return, so I was not expecting much. I was directed to plead my case with a supervisor, Jasmine, and to my surprise she went with it and that actually made my day.So thank you, I appreciate you doing that, Jasmine.

Took off work to receive appliance delivery. Cleaned out fridge and freezer when they called to tell me delivery truck was 30 min away. Waiting. Waiting. Checked email and saw a cancellation notice. Called immediately and they can schedule several days from now. Will never shop at Home Depot again. Horrible service. Canceled the whole order and bought my fridge and dishwasher elsewhere and they will deliver tomorrow.

Rarely ever go into a store at all these days, I think I last visited Home Depot several years ago. Anyway, family trip today, we were browsing something, saw it missing, were about to give up and go home (or, get something we didn't want, which might've been worse ...). In popped a heroic helper, who pointed out that they _did_ have the product -- look up, right there at the top! -- and then got the ladder machine, picked up the (very heavy!) box, brought it down, advised us to ask for a loader at checkout. Someone get her a medal. Very memorable experience!

Dolores, the associate in the kitchen section, was super helpful in helping me select a budget model which I later ordered online.

Wish I could give Zero stars. Went yesterday to check out an item in their weekly ad. Couldn't find it and asked an associate who didn't know. Went to Customer Service and they said they had them up above the rack on #22. She called someone to get it down, to which I said since it's in the ad, you should probably have them out. I asked them to bring me 2 and if they checked out good, I would likely buy them. The first person said they couldn't get it and said she needed to call someone else. After another few minutes that person showed up and they proceeded to discuss for 5+ more minutes on where they were going to put the items on display. I said again that I was waiting for 2 of them and they said it would take a couple of more minutes. After another 5 minutes or so of discussion about where to put them on display the associate left with another person to get them. After another 15 minutes, I asked what was taking so long, and I was told they needed to get a forklift or ladder to reach them. After another 10 minutes, I said it was ridiculous to wait this long for two small boxes, again I was told that they needed to figure out where to display them. Being visibly annoyed at this point, the customer service person said I could go with her to row 22 and get my two. I said to her that if you have a customer waiting, you go get the ones that customer wants and then figure out what to do with the rest of the stock, you don't make the customer wait for at that point. We get to that row, and there is no one working on it. She starts looking around. At this point, I took my cart of items back to the customer service desk and told them I would not be coming back. They need to rename the customer service desk. Will be taking my business to my smaller local retailers and Lowe's if I need a big box store.

Last month I went into this Home Depot. Everyone went above and beyond to help me. I wasn't able to find what I was looking for. A young man helped me out as we looked all over the store. Unfortunately, I didn't find the item but I found a substitute. When I got to the check out, my item was ringing a different price than what I thought saw. Bret went above and beyond to verify what I saw versus what was showing up. Their service was great and I really appreciated all the help.

Recently had a paint job for the interior of my place. Now, that it is done, I am pleased I decided to go with paint supplied from Home Depot. I took advantage of getting paint samples (not the card stocks but actual samples) of the colors zeroed in on and tested on spots of the wall just to confirm my decision before telling my painter. Also, used their Pro Referral. Never knew there are a gazillion paint colors to choose from...not to mention the massive amounts of shades of white. Staff working in the paint section were helpful and patient.

I was in need of replacing carpets on the steps of my floating stairs. We were lucky to be helped by Maria Jara, the flooring specialist. She had all the answers for us and to our pleasant surprise the installation is totally free. We were able to quickly select the material and she gave the guidance on how long it would take. After a couple weeks, we have my new stairs. The installers Alberto and Adrain from JW Flooring did a great job for Home Depot. If you are flexible with your carpet project, I highly recommend Maria at this location.

There are three types of people who visit Home Depot: contractors, DIY enthusiasts, and those who are just clueless. I admit to being part of the third category. Luckily old timer John is here to answer pretty much any question you have about finding the right parts, screws / nails, or tools for the job. You'll have to ask customer service members for help, who will then redirect you to John, an elderly man with encyclopedic knowledge of the craft(s). Other employees besides John don't seem to have as much knowledge based on my three experiences here. It is what it is. Thanks John!
