I'm very pleased to say that I enjoyed my first visit made me feel welcomed. Thanks to Christine and rosario for being honest. Not everyone cares about their patient, in other words they just care about their money. Big thanks to Nancy for helping me with my X-rays and imagines.

Highly recommend this place. They did my invisalign for an affordable price and with great customer service. I've gone to 4 different orthodontic clinic but they all said they would have to remove one of the teeth next to the front and i wouldnt want that and he was the only one that had told me that its possible to not remove it but would take a little bit longer than usual and i am fine with that. That was last year and fast forward to today, it has inproved a lot to bring out my front tooth which has been hiding in the back with no problem at all. And all yhe staff and crews are just all friendly especially Michelle who explains to me with all the small details on how to keep my aligners well fitted to my teeth and all that. Thank you again!

After going to 4 different places I have decided to get my grandson his braces here! Why?? Because people shouldn't have to pay a fortune with a huge down payment and huge monthly installments. Of course everyone wants a beautiful smile and because it's hard for most of us it sometimes can't work out. Image has made it the most affordable to move forward in getting him the braces he needs! The staff is super kind and friendly! And Adriana answered all my questions and explained very clearly on what to expect during this process! The Dr was super kind and very professional. Awesome teamwork!!! Thank you for everything! See you soon!

The service here is superb. Whenever I have concerns or questions, they're easy to contact and talk to. Christine was able to help me through all my insurance questions and make me feel comfortable about the whole process. I haven't started my treatment yet but Dr. Yabar is extremely nice and was very informative during my consultation.

If I could give this place 0 stars I surely would...Where do I even begin? The staff is so rude and they hustle you around like cattle without even acknowledging their mistakes. Their system was down after I submitted my forms so they tell me to "sit" in the waiting room with no available chairs while I fill out daunting paperwork I have already completed. After all that then they tell me they can't help me. Why not let me know before this horrible experience? Please go elsewhere this place doesn't deserve your business.

7/20/23-My scheduled appointment went really well. Christine Dang, treatment coordinator, assisted me through the sea of paperwork. She was thorough and professional. Taking time with potential patients is crucial to any business. She demonstrated that customer care came first! This is an A++ in my book! I highly recommend using this center if you're thinking about getting Invisalign.

First time coming into the facility, the staff was very welcoming. Doctor Yabar made sure that I was comfortable and confident that he and his staff will get me the results I wanted. Whether I need to reschedule an appointment or needing extra rubber bands, Autumn is always there to provide great customer service. I highly recommend this Orthodontics to anyone that's looking to get braces.

I started my treatment in September and so far I like the service the staff and the price I got was really good. My daugther as well just started treatment as well and shes on the spectrum and so for her to be ok with new ppl is a plus. Everyone is super friendly and nice. Can't wait til treatment is over to see how are smiles improved

If I could give them less stars I would. After making me wait two hours because they double booked, they added over 1000$ of services that my insurance doesn't cover. Without agreeing to the additional work, they refused to do any.

Got my Invisalign today and I just want to say the Indian Dental Assistant (I should've asked for her name) was really nice and very gentle towards me. Dr. Yabar is also very caring and wants the best results for you. Staff are also friendly. I highly recommend this place!

I just want to say this staff is amazing. I had my braces for 2 years from an overbite from hell. I am extremely satisfied with the outcome of my teeth and the pricing was amazing the cheapest in the Bay Area. Special thank you to Dr. Raymond Yabar, Rachel, Autumn and Heather. You've all been like family to me and will be truly missed. Thank you giving me my smile back.

OMG!! Connie just called my sister and I had to report this. DONT GO HERE! SO GHETTO and unprofessional. The doctor threaten to drop my niece cause she didn't floss to his liking. How DARE they shame a kid who is a new patient then the same day have this piece of work Connie Vega call (who was on speaker so I heard everything just now) and rudely state how this is her last attempt to collect or else she's being sent to collections. I thought she was calling to apologize for the doctors behavior but that's giving them too much credit. First off let the account be late ONE month at least before you threaten a patient to collections. I'm spreading this on all platforms because I'm so taken Back on the unprofessionalism of this doctor and staff. Shame on you for being so disrespectful..I wish I recorded the whole conversation..DISGUSTING!
