I already returned my Tesla Lease at the scheduled appointment, and signed the odometer disclosure and DMV paperwork. I returned both keys. then paid the remaining displacement fees.I can see your staff have moved the Tesla to another parking area on the app from the center I returned it to in Sunnyvale.So why did I just get an email about the lease being extended?

My service experience has locked in my decision to never own a Tesla again. First offense is my scheduling experience on the app. No possibility to call. Scheduled mobile and he didn't have the parts. He scheduled a follow up service and didn't tell me it was not mobile. Missed the appt. Rescheduled the appt. Then Tesla rescheduled the appt and didn't message me outside the app. Then they changed the tesla location without messaging me outside the app. Ugh. Next is a story so grab your coffee. I blew out a tire in a pot hole outside Stockton. They told me I needed to replace the wheel and the tire. I Approved nearly $1k in repair. Roll forward 10 months. Same wheel has a bulge in the tire. America's Tire says the wheel is bent. Same wheel. Hmmm. No pot hole incidence so I message service. Message - it's not warrantied. We have no idea what you've done since the repair. My response - you could have not repaired the wheel. Message (because you can't talk to a person w tesla service) - sorry. I schedule repair with plan to talk to a person at drop off. Spoke to Asst. manager - same talk track. No sympathy. I suggest he found discount it. No response or acknowledgment. No "sorry you've had a bad service experience."We're done with tesla for many reasons. Bringing the repair to America's Tire who have been nothing but transparent with us in all of my dealings with them.

Pathetic service... brand new Model Y had and continue to have awful noise from wheel cap.They refused to replace. Tried some methods to reduce the noise..but no effect!And reason provided for not replacing:a) It's a known Engineering characteristic!b) it is not a drive risk...Come on Tesla...

Don't waste your time coming here. I initially booked an appointment with the Tesla Service center up the block (680 E El Camino) and was moved to this one since the issues on my car were minor.Once I picked up my "completed" service and arrived home, I noticed the only thing they did was align my car. The invoice said they replaced parts on my vehicle, which they didn't. All they did was place tape on my car to make it look like the item was in the correct position. They couldn't even simply replace small parts on my car. I'm not asking for the entire suspension to be replaced. I'm asking for a trim piece to be replaced. I've been to other Service Centers and they would tell me what work they performed and if they couldn't do something then they would tell me.I had other minor issues that were on my appointment notes and they weren't even looked at. I'm not sure what the employees do all day if they can't even fix simple things on a car.

Tyra was amazing and super helpful! I initially had issues transferring my FSD for an upgrade but she resolved everything for me, and helped me decide which car to pick. Also, smooth experience test driving cars. Give her a raise!!

I WOULD SHOP ELSEWHERE. Terrible customer service, especially at management level. Even when your vehicle is still under original manufacturer warranty, they will make up any excuse to avoid paying for repairs that should be covered. Not only that, they’ll do everything they can to avoid listing all the issues you report on the work order. Also, they’ll deny you a loaner then shut off your ride credit prematurely without explanation or apology. Next they’ll give you a loaner to borrow, but without the charging adapter, leaving you stranded late and night, and expect you to deal with it.

Booked an appointment for a test drive. Hassle free and straightforward. They had a car right there for me on time. Our sales rep, Tyla(don’t remember exactly) was great. She answered all of our questions.They don’t accompany you for the test drive, you’re all by yourself, thats the best part.

I had an extremely disappointing customer experience at this service center. I brought my Tesla in to have a dent in my trunk repaired. Initially, I was told by one of the staff members that they could fix it and instructed to return in two weeks with an appointment.After patiently waiting for two weeks and arriving with my scheduled appointment, I was greeted by a different employee who informed me that they are unable to fix the dent. To make matters worse, they claimed it was not their responsibility to address the issue.Throughout the process, I was inconvenienced by having to shuttle between this service center and another one nearby.This lack of consistency and clear communication was frustrating and left me feeling misled and dissatisfied.

Had only negative experiences with Tesla and their sales team, specifically at this location.After three months of getting delivery of my vehicle, it was only after following up with them nearly a dozen times that I learned that the advisors at this location never filed my paperwork despite me having signed everything. Every person I dealt with told me they’d follow up, but to this day, I have not heard anything. My perm plate is set to expire and they’re still dragging their feet. Had I not followed up after waiting for weeks, they would’ve never reached out to me in the first place!!The most unprofessional, rude, and incompetent people. Please do not visit this location, and think twice before picking up your car here (or purchasing a Tesla at all).

And yes I do own a Tesla so once in a while I test drive the new offering looking for my next ride.You always find someone to show you the details and happy to give you a test ride.Good job Tesla!

Had an appointment for 8:45 and adviser had not yet reported to work when I arrived. Luckily a shop person helped me and got my tire replacement going. Facility has a nice waiting area and showroom. Coffee, tea and water are complimentary. The men's bathroom is not well maintained. The seat protector dispenser is missing and neither the towel dispenser nor the soap dispensers work. Floor outlets in the waiting area are a trip hazard. Overall facility is not well maintained and needs to be refreshed. This is a shame because the current overall appearance unnecessarily reflects poorly on Tesla. High side of the experience include a reasonably easy booking process and a great status update monitoring function in the app. Loved the fact that now with an appointment, handing a key card to the advisor is no longer needed. The car can be moved within the facility without a key.The good news is that my tires got changed and the alignment was performed correctly. Something I was unable to have adjusted when the car was first delivered. My steering wheel is now straight when the car is going in a straight line. This shop performs limited adjustments and services as it is a sales and deliveries facility. There is a full Tesla service center just up the road.

⚠️ Warning to potential customers: I had a terrible experience with this company. After noticing a price drop on their website, I placed an order online but it was never assigned to me. I found a car available online and consulted with an agent in the store who promised me a refund for my first order if I placed another one. I did so, but when I followed up on the refund multiple times, I was told it was awaiting approval. Finally, I was informed that the manager had rejected my refund request. Very disappointed with this outcome and the lack of transparency from this company. Beware! ⚠️
