Wry big and nice Target. Ample of parking space. Located next to AMC cinema, so perfect to catch a movie and then shop here! I had to return some stuff and the customer service person was kind and helpful. The store and wide range of selection and the prices are reasonable just like any other Target. It also has an escalator to make it convenient.

Honestly, this used to be the best target in the South Bay but it's quality has been going down. They're not usually stocked like the one in Cupertino. it used to be more organized and esthetically pleasing but now it's not. Even though I'm 5 min away from this one I'd rather drive to Cupertino.

Dang they really spruced up this Target and the surrounding area! I didn't recognize this place at all. This Target is insanely huge. The parking lot is on the first floor and the store is on the top floor. Everything felt really modern and clean and well lit. If you have the Target app, you can search for stuff and it'll tell you if it's in stock and what aisle it's in. There is self checkout, restrooms, and a Starbucks.

I'm very disappointed that this location does not sell TLB. My favorite black owned brand of lips sticks. When I asked they said they don't have it and they used to. As a fan of this brand I have not seen it from the day Target announced that they are selling it. It's unfortunate that I have to go to the Target in East Palo Alto to purchase my favorite lipsticks because they refuse to sell or promote this brand here at Sunnyvales Target. There is a court case going on now that attorney Crump is sewing Walmart for not having Master P and Snoop Dogs cereal on the shelf and I am just as disturbed why they do not have my favorite black owned brand (TLB) specifically at this location.

poeple she think every one steal stuff.I have a child whom is very autistic he can't hold a cart or have a basket so I have him hold a light gray buggy we bought off Amazon and she was tell the security to watch is like woman we only went in there 3 pack of water and I show the security the paper and she got the manger say over the wakie talkie walk out with 3 pack of water bottle and the kid disturbing the store So uhhh yeah they. Super judging. And not nice

This Target used to be my favourite place to shop but today the old lady named 'Ana' was so rude for no reason. She was at the checkout counter, made weird gestures and was very rude when I asked to scan my code.I was literally about to cry because of her rude behaviour and she saw it but kept on.

Unprofessional and not helpful at all at the returns and exchanges desk. Even with all the receipts and return items they go out of their way to make it difficult.

This Target has become very bad. Items shelved with wrong price tags. Unpleasant employees. I purchased a jug of almond milk and opened it when I got home. It smelled horrible! Turns out it was expired. All of the other ones on the shelf were expired too. The girl at the Returns counter did notice me standing there for several seconds. She was too busy playing with her phone. Then she looked at me with a very disgusted look on her face. She said nothing to me except the money will be returned to my card. No other interaction from her. She obviously did not want to be there.

Went shortly before Christmas so as expected everything was a bit chaotic and full but checkout lines were super quick.The parking garage was more than full though and we had to park in the whole foods garage.

Why is the drive up pickup always full with empty cars ?Never a spot to park to pickup orders because people park there get it together TargetI know it’s a busy time but control your parking lot isn’t fair for people just to park there while shopping when you offer a order pickup & the spots are full
