All the pumps doesn’t work properly. Only one pump works with shell reward cards, you can’t pay with cards on that pump.

This keeps happening - I go to a Shell station, try to fill up, can only get 10$ in the tank, my hand starts cramping up because the trigger on the pump won't hold. It doesn't matter which pump it is. Tried multiple pumps. Constant issue.

If you're lazy but save receipts, get ready to always go inside to get one. The last 3 times I went here, I couldn't get the receipt at the pump, had trek inside and be social. Also, pumps frequently have out of order signs on them.I'll be searching for an alternate station that enables my laziness.

My first time at this Shell station in Sunnyvale. I drive about 150-200 miles a day, so I see alot of gas stations around the SF Bay Area. $3.53/ reg isn't low, it's avg for a Shell at a major intersection. When I was there at 745pm, it was getting dark and the station's lights weren't on. Not a big deal, I have a flashlight. But the place looked closed. Based on the other reviews, I guess I'm lucky my pump was working. They must do auto repair or smog in the daytime, based on all the cars in the lot. Nice corner station, spacious islands, but I didn't interact with a clerk. So I can't comment on customer service.

As with previous posts dating back more than a year this Shell has to be the worst kept station in the business. Come here enough there will be an excellent chance you will pull up to a broken card reader or faulty pump/nozzle with no sign on it making you get back in and pull around to another pump. I live right around the corner and this used to be a great station with window wash buckets filled every morning with fresh water/soap mixture and usable squeegees. I've noticed in the last year or so, probably longer, that there are always pumps out of service. The credit card readers look sketch and half torn squeegees to wash my windows with brown water in the buckets. Today was the last give a fuk. Got out to pump and the trigger on the nozzle was broken. The wife ran inside and all the clerk said was "pay inside". Fuk that. Put a fuking sign on your pump so the next person isn't inconvenienced! Then give a fuk and start fixing your tattered station! I'm driving a couple more blocks to fill up gas at another local Shell. My wife didn't tell me she stopped coming her a year ago. Now I know why.

Regular at $4.19. Some pumps are broken. Need to go inside if you need a receipt (pump wont print, not sure if broken or out of paper). Station looks old

Most pumps do not work and they only carry regular gas, so is not true that midgrade and premium prices are low as published, as they do not sell those
