New repair spot in Sunnyvale I drove by Max coin see the sign " repair while you wait and watch!" Khan the new guy,he did fantastic repair. Took him 10 minutes to fix my chain and nice clean Job I cannot even tell where it got Weld. He also qclean my chain looks brand new. Very Good job . Definitely recommend to see Khan

I left a review for Mac's Coins on Google as well. Have been quite happy with the pricing and behavior of this place and i felt i should leave a review. In the 5-6 dealings that i have had with Mac's Coins, i have got the best pricing for my Gold. In this area, San Jose - Sunnyvale, i know 3-4 Gold buyers/sellers and Mac's Coins offered better price than then 3-4 Gold buyers i know. Have moved to California from Oregon so i do not know a lot about San Jose - Sunnyvale (California) but in my little experience in the Bay Area this place has given me the best price.

Bad customer service. I was I need of some gold and the owner told me to meet him at his store at 5pm. Long story short he ends up texting me telling me he doesn't have it after waiting in front of his store for an hour. Waste of time.

I asked for them to look and a diamond ring I had and the guy or owner at first said it looks like it will be about $500 before even checking the diamonds. He then proceeded to tell me the diamonds weren't even real. So I went to buy sell loan in Santa Clara and they confirmed that the diamonds were real and gave me an estimate off $750. Do not go to Macs coins and Collectables they do not offer good business, and seems to be a scam

Horrible experience. They offered me melt value for high grade rare coins! The shop seems more interested in selling jewelry than dealing in coins. All I saw on display was modern silver eagles and proof sets. Waste of time.

We recently purchased a gold coin of 1 oz from Pradeep - Mac's coins and it's a pleasant experience as they explained the various options to purchase the coins. We also notice they have repeated customer base which indicates the trust level they earned from them and recommend this store for others to purchase the gold coins.

After visiting two other coin shops in an effort to sell some silver 1/2 dollars I was happy to find that Mac's coins offered me the best price. They also bought some PtIr and Au I had laying around. Straight forward transaction. Thanks! I'll be back.

She was very business like, i was under the impression of pressure, she said to me if i was not selling my items she would charge me for a quote (i think i got a good deal and did sold my items i just wish she had not say that to me), been there before her brother was more helpful and more professional, i was there to do business not to bug you, sorry!

This is second time in 2 years I bought coins from this place. Pretty straight forward , price is great. no drama ..and owner /sister are friendly and answers all questions as well (without rushing to sell somethings ) they even honored yelp checkin coupon which i forgot to give them at time of purchase.

I have never been to such a store before and definitely had a lot of questions when I went there wanting to know more about selling old jewelry and buying gold coins. The owners are very knowledgeable, friendly and most important, patient. They spent quite a bit of time with me, assessing the items I had taken with me and generally educating me. I felt very comfortable and at ease talking to them as if I was talking to some old friends. They have made a customer for life for sure.

The shop is not flashy - it is a simple store with great variety of coins. It is run by very friendly, amazing people. I went there for the fist time last year and was impressed by their service. The lady at the front desk was very welcoming, patient and answered all my questions. I went there again this year - and the person at the counter was very polite - excellent customer service, provided information about their collection, showing more items than I was expecting. This store has always exceeded my expectations and I would always recommend this store to my friends.

Recently I have purchased couple of items from Sakhi Jeweler. They are professional and I got my items on time. We can also buy gold coins and customize them into Bangles. This is free service from Sakhi Jeweler. Very good in communication with prompt response!
