My family has gone here for over 15 years. They are nothing but wonderful! We use them for all our repairs as well as regular maintenance, oil changes and of course, tires. They are a family run business that values every single customer, treating them with honesty and respect. I wait while my repairs are being done usually and am always impressed with the way they treat every single customer. Highly recommend!

I went for regular maintenance and tire rotation. The person at the front desk forgot to ask for wheel lock for tire rotation. So he ended not rotating the wheels for my car.Now they want me to reserve another appointment just for wheel rotation, which is available for next week.First of all they should ask for wheel locks in the first place if that is requirements for wheel rotation. Secondly, I am their regular customer and I still go to them even after I moved away from them. They should have considered wheel rotation as part of the first appointment and accommodated it without requiring another appointment.I am not going back to them. They lost a loyal customer

Amazing prompt service. My car had a nail in one tire, but the tire was still inflated. Before I went to them, I went to a few places near me, all of whom did not offer to help as the nail was close to the shoulder and suggested I replace the tire. The technician here offered to take a look and was able to quickly diagnose the issue and remove the nail, which turned out to be very short, only about 5 mm long.As this was a simple fix, they did not charge me anything.I'm definitely coming back here when I need to replace my tires eventually.

I ordered a tire replacement through the Goodyear online service and I chose the S&S Tire And Auto Repair to provide tire replacement. I called S&S Tire immediately after making an online order to make sure that they receive online order and whether they would respect it. They confirmed and ask to come at 10 am on Monday, June 19th 2023 . I arrived on-time on and I was told that replacement will take 1 to 1.5 hours. I made sure they have my phone number to call me when work is finished. After waiting for 1 hour and 40 minutes in the nearby Peets Coffee without receiving phone call, I came back to find out that they did NOT have a tire yet. The owner called the goodyear to find out that it will be there only the next day. There was NO word of apology for me coming for nothing and then waiting for 2 hours for the service, which could not happen. I was told that I am not their customer and that I should not have go through the online service to order service and I should complain to the goodyear. Word “rude” and “arrogant” does not describe enough the treatment I got there. Obviously they do not feel responsible for their business commitments. I called the goodyear service and they were kind to transfer my service to another shop. Nobody would make me to come back to the S&S Tire and I strongly advice you not to go there.

Consistently great service. Whether it's dropping in with a punctured tire or asking for a battery test on your lunch break, these guys always seem ready to help. They got me in and out with a new battery in about 20 minutes. They are a family business with a great commitment to service.

First time experience. I needed to do an oil change for my 2018 Mustang GT and was recommended to S&S from my friend. First impression is the shop is very friendly and prices are reasonable. I got an oil change 10 quarts of synthetic along with a tire rotation for under $200 which I think is very reasonable considering coming from the 2 Ford dealerships nearby. The thing I appreciate about this shop:- They are timely. I called Mike and asked if he could fit me in on a Friday. He said yes. I was quote a pickup time of 2:30 and it was done by the promised time.- Everyone was friendly. They even told me that my tires needed to be replaced not because they are worn but because they are over 6 years old and showing cracks which can be a safety issue. I didn't know this but it's true.- Reasonable prices compared to dealership.- Local, family owned business which I like to support.I will come back for sure.

Great staff and services. We were planning on a long trip with my old Toyota Yaris and it's emergency brake was not working. They fixed the emergency brake and did full inspection of the car for less than a couple hundred $. Very affordable prices. Recommended!

This was an awesome service. Sahand was super helpful at the register. He was polite, knowledgeable, and he greets people very warmly. Gave me a lot of info on tires and repairs, what was going to be done and how much it costs. They told me it would take an hour, but the car got repaired and ready in a few minutes. They are really fast. The quality of their work is also great. The shop is very clean and there is also a nice cozy waiting space. I am going to take my car here regularly for maintenance.

I had two bad experiences with this place.I got oil change from this place. They replaced the oil filter with a generic one which isn't the right fit. After couple of months, the oil started leaking and the filter came off while driving. Have I driven a few more miles, my car engine would have damaged with no lubrication(no oil). They also diagnosed a brake issue wrong and suggested to replace a properly working part.I STRONGLY RECOMMEND avoiding this place.

Went to get new tires the first time, and loved the customer service. Will be back with them in the future as well. I recommend calling in advance as they are very booked.

I usually do what I can to support small/family-owned businesses, but not when they don't take responsibility for damages to people's things while under their care. The "Check Hybrid System" alert came on in my car, so I took it to S&S Tire and Auto Repair (S&S) to see what the issue could be. Later that day, Art (one of the S&S staff members) told me that I would need a new hybrid battery, so I left the car with S&S until they could replace the battery. After a few days, S&S contacted me to pick up my car because they no longer thought that I needed a new battery and speculated that it might be a computer glitch. When I retrieved my car, Mike (the owner of S&S) advised that if the alert came back on, then I would definitely need a new battery.A few days later, when I opened the door to the backseat area of my car, I noticed damage to the upholstery of the backseat that was not there before with remnants of stuffing nearby. Because the hybrid battery is located under the backseat of the car, I thought that this might have been caused by S&S during their inspection/initial plan to replace the battery. When I called S&S, Art recommended that I email Mike. Mike insisted that they were not responsible.I brought my car back into S&S to show them the damage. Art couldn't say whether or not the damage occurred while under their care but made it clear that their shop does not offer upholstery repairs and that any repair would be my financial responsibility. When I asked for his professional opinion about how this damage could have occurred, Art could not provide one.A week later, the "Check Hybrid System" alert came on again. Because of my disappointing experience with S&S, I decided to take my car to a different auto shop to get a second opinion on the hybrid system as well as their professional opinion on how the damage to the backseat could have occurred. Immediately after taking a look at the upholstery damage, the technician said that he has seen this many times before--it is caused by a sharp tool (similar to a screwdriver) that technicians tend to keep attached to their right front pant pocket that gets caught on the seat when leaning over it. He speculated that a technician was most likely leaning over the backseat of the driver's side to check on the vent near the backseat of the passenger side when the tool caught and damaged the seat. After this second auto shop checked the hybrid system of my car, they confirmed that I would need a new hybrid battery. I proceeded to get my battery replaced by this second shop because S&S had lost my trust in letting them care for my car.I tried to get the Better Business Bureau (BBB) to help with my case, but S&S ignored them. At least their BBB rating went down from an A to a B- for anyone who does their research. Go to S&S at your own risk.

They tried to upsell twice on 2 different occasions. Spent more than $700 on unnecessary replacements. Only got to know later when checking with the manufacturer. Will never go back.
