The Hispanic lady with the curly dark hair is extremely RUDE. I was here at few days ago and witness her lack of professionalism and no customer service skills at all as I witness how she treated an elder man that did not have an appointment. She kept on rudely interrupting the man and motion the man goodbye as she did not seem interested in helping him because he did not have an appointment. She had many opportunities to handle this issue on many other professional options but she chose to be rude. She was impatient with my and kept on cutting me short as she also tried to show me the door outside the office.

The blonde color lady in white uniform at the front desk is very rude. She shouldn’t work here.

waited 2 hours for a simple blood test walk in at 9:30 am. No complains for the ladies working here. But this place is definitely
under staffed.

employees are rude. There was no one at facility and online it said walk-ins are welcome on their website. But when I got there, they were extremely rude, not even busy, but still didn’t take a walk-in appointment and asked to come next day. This is a scam. If walk-ins are not welcome then the website should say that they are not welcome. Misinformation is not helpful to any patients. I would have to take a strict action and would like to speak to labcorp owner.

I had a very unpleasant experience at Labcorp today during my blood test. The technician, a woman with long hair, made me feel extremely uncomfortable.
When she took the cap off a large needle, I got scared and asked in a hesitant and polite voice if I could have a smaller needle. She immediately threw away the large needle and opened a new, smaller one. Then she asked me, “Do you want to do it by yourself?”
I was confused and unsure of what to do, as I didn’t know if patients were even allowed to perform their own blood tests. I replied, “Oh, I just want a smaller one.”
She responded, “You gotta trust me,” and attempted to insert the needle into my vein. However, she initially missed and had to adjust the needle. Afterward, she told me, “You cannot make me nervous because you are nervous. I have to do the job.”
Her passive-aggressive tone and verbal remarks made me feel hurt and attacked. I believe her behavior was unprofessional and emotionally charged, and I would like to report this incident. Technicians should maintain a calm and supportive demeanor, especially when patients are anxious.

The girl in the front desk was rude you could tell she had an attitude. Also, the guy who took my blood made it hurt to the point where i was bruised right after. He was nice, but he didn’t have to do it so hard, it felt like he was pushing the needle so far into my vein and this was the first time i felt uncomfortably painful getting a blood test. :(( not going to be returning to this location …

Vanessa is exceptional!!! She consistently welcomes you with a warm smile, making your lab work visits as pleasant as can be. Her skills as a phlebotomist are truly outstanding - the best I've ever experienced!

It was a very easy process. I checked in at 829am for a 845am appt and left at 905am after my urine screen AND blood draw. The entire staff was very nice and welcoming. It was an hour away from me because all the other closer LabCorps was full, but it was worth it with the care I received.

The blonde lady here is so rude. I get it, this place is appointment based and they made it very clear that’s the case when you first walk in (which I already did). I checked in and I gave her the state pregnancy screening and the first thing she does is start yelling at me, “I asked you earlier if you were here for a drug screen and you said you weren’t” without even looking at the paper first.
I get it, someone went home sick and they’re stressed but don’t start flipping out on strangers. Normally, the staff here is nice but I don’t know what’s up with her.

Hang up signs with 75 minute lunches, no appointment slots, and say they dont so walkups today, only appointments. Avoid this venue.

I've always had good service first thing in the morning at this location compared to others.

Like many reviewers, I had a pre-employment screening. I booked an appointment through the web site, the check process isn't super streamlined. Overall, the whole thing was smooth. The person at the front was pleasant, my lab tech was professional and personable. Do make an appointment through the web site.

I don’t know how the Health Department and CDC allow this place to run. I had to do the drug screening for a pre-employment and I chose LabCorp because it’s closer. I was called to a room where the Biowaste was stored OPEN very close to the general supplies storage and the sink I was asked to use to wash my hands. In the same room they had the centrifuges for the blood samples, and a table for people to place their urine sample. The person who was helping me out DIDN’T change his gloves ONCE. He already had the gloves on when I was called in, he gave me the container with that glove, closed the storage inside the restroom, he touched the sample container (let’s be honest, there is always a spill in those containers), he flushed the toilet, typed in the computer, gave me a pen to sign on documents and handed me the paperwork WITHOUT CHANGING GLOVES ONCE. And all of that in that room with urine samples, blood being centrifuged, general supplies stored and OPEN biowaste stored. FILTHY.
