I'm an artist. I painted a mural in downtown Sunnyvale. Someone sprayed graffiti on the artwork. :-( The person at this Kelly Moore Sunnyvale store helped me get a graffiti paint removal spray that worked like magic! He set the product aside for me after our phone call, and had it ready for me to pick up. He gave me instructions on how to use the product. He said that I had to spray on a rag and not directly on the mural. It worked perfectly, and the graffiti is 100% removed now. I wish I got his name. The receipt says his name is KM. I was heartbroken when I first saw the graffiti. Thank you so much for saving the artwork, KM!

I came on early Saturday morning, the staffs here were very friendly and helpful. I will definitely come back to this location.

I had a great experience going paint sample shopping at Kelly Moore! Antony Zakher was helping my fiancé and I the entire time and made sure that we were happy with the samples that we were taking home. He was very helpful in explaining the different types of paint that are available and the different finishes. We are so excited to go back and purchase paint from this location!

Even though I was working with the Manager (Chris) who should know the product and embody the supposed Kelly-Moore customer service ethic, I got poor service and a dismissive attitude. To be fair to Kelly-Moore in general, I have had better luck at other stories, but Chris has apparently led the Sunnyvale store in the wrong direction. He recommended the wrong paint and when I tried to fix it with the Asst Manager who was very helpful, Chris stepped in and wouldn't let it happen. According to them, they don't want non-commercial accounts anyway so I would avoid them unless you are a big contractor. Maybe they get better service. I thought I would add, since they pretend to care, that the bit about reaching out to them for specificity is incorrect. I actually tried that thinking they were going to try and resolve the situation but received no response. Just saying.

I have shopped in this store for paint and painting supply needs a few times. Antony Zakher is the best in customer service. He is very professional, well informed, polite and supportive. He very patiently helped me brainstorm my paint color choices so that I picked colors that I'm delighted with. The service is quick and efficient too. I will definitely shop here for paint and painting supply needs again. Keep up the good work Antony, your stressed-out customers need you!

Very surprised to see some of the higher ratings but perhaps that was before the pandemic turned this particular Kelly-Moore store into something else. The staff was not helpful, they knew little about the product and made it clear that they don't handle "noncommercial" customers which made it very difficult for me since my house was originally painted with Kelly-Moore paint and I needed to do some touch-ups. I won't let a paint contractor use Kelly-Moore going forward due to my experience here with Kelly-Moore. The manager (no less) eventually ended up pushing the wrong paint on me and of course that can't be refunded. He either did it on purpose or he is completely clueless about the product. I recommend going elsewhere.

Shout out to Chris Granados. Store Manager. He was able to match my paint color in less than 2 minutes. Actually discussed different kinds of paint, listened to my needs and recommended best paint for my job. Kelly Moore paints are fantastic in their thickness, velvety spread, and pricing. Thank You

We bought 10 gallons of San Francisco Fog and 5 gallons of Swiss Coffee at this store a few days ago. The buckets have all been labeled, so we just left the instructions to the painters. Today, when we checked back the paints, all walls look gray. It turns out they put San Francisco Fog in the bucket labeled as Swiss Coffee as well (so we got 15 gallons of San Fransisco Fog in total).We went back to store and tried to fix the issue, but got even more upset. The only thing they offered is to replace it with the correct color, the manager’s tone sounded like they offered a huge privilege. No credit, no extra discount, no reimbursement for the labor. They also took the wrong bucket back (they said “because it’s their property”). Ok, so the customers should pay for your fault, but you cannot comprise anything (even the half-bucket paint).The manager even said ‘each lid should be dotted with the paint color and the painters should check it before they paint’. First, the lid wasn’t dotted (yes another fault your store made). Second, the painters are not your store staff, they are not supposed to remember how each color look (even your store staff can’t, otherwise how could they made the wrong color?).I would suggest people to avoid this store, if you don’t want to pay the painters twice for the store’s fault. For some reason if you have to go to this store, just make sure you check the colors inside of each bucket :(

I come to this location since it's closer to my house but I either go to this location or the Santa Clara as sometimes this location is closed. Staff is very helpful and friendly, usually able to get what I need and get in and out. They practice social distancing and have hand sanitizer as well. Every employee wears a mask and sanitize between customers
