Horrible customer service. Took them over 30 minutes to get a damn gallon of paint. Place is so unorganized, 1 working hard while 3 other workers are just chatting it up.

I have been going to a smaller neighborhood store closer to my house for better service and convenience. Home Depot is still the better option if you are looking for more variety which I was in this case. The megastores don't have good service and this one is no exception.

I want to give a massive thanks to Andrew in the plumbing department for stepping forward and helping me out with cutting some pipe I had bought at this location. He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable.Other than Andrew, my experience with this location was very poor. I called ahead of time to ask if there was someone working today who knew how to operate the pipe cutter. The employee had the worst attitude and knew nothing about the store or what products were available. He sounded incredibly bored and gave me more dramatic sighs than actual answers.When I arrived and was asking around for help, the employees were extremely unprofessional and dismissive. There were a couple huddled around making jokes about their genitals and acted as if I was interrupting when I asked for help. Nobody even knew the location had a pipe cutter. Fortunately Andrew walked by right at that moment to help another customer and I was able to ask him for help.

Hugh shouldn't be on customer service he definitely is not smooth smooth that's for sure he doesn't count the money back to you he just flops it in your hand and send you on your way he belongs in freight

Would give zero if possible. Scheduled a carpet measurement. Day of called and said they would be there from 9-11. At 8:50 they called and I was getting ready. Told them I would be down in a moment. Called back at 8:53 asking if I was even coming. I told them I had to walk to the other side of the apartment complex. I could not find them and when I called back at 9:02 he was gone and said I would have to reschedule. If your employees are only going to wait 2 minutes after an appointment say that so I know I have to wait by the apartment complex door. It takes more than a few minutes to walk to the main entrance and let someone in. This is the 3rd time I have rescheduled with similar situations. First time they didn't call when they arrived. Second time they wouldn't wait 5 minutes for me to walk down to the entrance to let them in. Horrible experience.

I was desperately searching for the Bernese Mountain dog christmas statue and called multiple stores only for them to be sold out. I called the Kifer Rd. location and they had limited stock. Luckily, the woman I spoke to on the phone (Patty!) was able to hold one for me in customer service. I raced down after work and there my dog was waiting for me. Wonderful customer service and a big thanks to Patty. You saved Christmas!

Pretty awful experience tonight. I came in with both my kids and my husband and purchased quite a few items using self check out. Right away employee Drew stood near us watching which is fine but then I asked him two price adjust two items because the sale price didn’t populate. He asks me to go take a picture of the sale items because he can’t leave his spot (even tho he sees me holding my 4 month old daughter asleep in my arms) I go take the pictures and I let him know I wouldn’t lie over a few dollars and he goes a lot of people lie about a sale that isn’t going on. I immediately ask him for his name and he just shows me his shirt and laughs and says what your going to leave me a review? and I said yes actually. He said make sure you leave me a 1 star. I let him know if I could and leave 0 stars I would. I really don’t appreciate being accused of lying over a few dollars especially when my kids are around. It is not my fault that the sale prices did not populate on the register. Management needs to do better in making sure the correct price populates on the register and training their employees on how they speak to guest and train them on what sales are going on instead of accusing guest of lying.

The absolutely worse customer service. The customer service told me One thing and the manager was being a jerk and refusing to honor what customer service said to me. I will never go back to that home Depot or anybody I know. And I know they are happy I won't be back. It would have been ok if everyone was on the same page. Wasted my time.

It’s a smaller location and the access to the parking lot to me is not optimal IMO. Clean store, but some of the staff I met seemed to be tweaking out. For real… the twitching and look in 3 of 5 staff I interacted with was pretty odd.I had an online order pickup and whomever was bringing stuff from the back just left the carts directly in the center of the main aisle hindering anyone who wanted to walk by.While I was browsing the guy coordinating the self checkout was not running the line smoothly… but to be fair they only have 4 self checkouts and the only cash capable one was down. So I saw several people who had been waiting in line for 10 minutes before told they needed to go to the registers at the other end of the store and get in line again to pay cash.I’ve never been to a 5 star Home Depot, but this one appears to be managed differently. Clean store… but lesser customer service.

Very rude staff. I waited over 45 minutes for service to get some chains cut. Waived down over 6 employees and none can help because only specialized employees can work the chain cutter. Our request was broadcast over the intercom twice. We asked one employee who we were told had authority to cut chains, he nodded in acknowledgment and then disappeared for over half an hour. It turned out he went on his lunch break. Then its his responsibility to refer us to someone else. He didn't snd simply ghosted us. Thats not the worst part. At this point it was close to 40 min and it's getting ridiculous. I waived down 2 employees at the same time, and finally expressed how long I have waited. They quickly waived down someone with chain cutting authority, and this guy started lecturing and patronizing me! He said: "people need to take their lunch breaks! We get hungry like you. Do you understand that we need breaks too?" I quickly said I also have not had lunch either waiting for them for almost an hour for a job that took less than 5 min. HD, its not the customers problem that you are understaffed. It is also not the responsibility of the customer to care when their lunch breaks are. But it is your responsibility to provide service to the customers and make sure their needs are met. It is out of line of your staff to lecture and patronize your customers and put their lunch break responsibilities onto the customers. Its worse that they are venting at customers. Get your act together. You are still running a business. Based on your employees attitude, why don't all of the employees go on their lunch breaks at the same time. Why bother showing up for work even. Who needs staff here. Give the customers ability to cut their own chains. Automate the rest. AI can provide better service than this! Reading the reviews, over 10% of the reviews mentioned rude staff. Looks like this is a deeply rooted culture problem at this store.
