I bought an LG WashTower. This is an integrated stacked washer/dryer tower. The troubled started right there. (1) The sales person was not very knowledgeable about the unit, and did not tell me that it needed both 220v and 120v outlets (my old unit needed only 220). I specifically mentioned in my order that I needed side venting, and was assured that this is not a problem. (2) The delivery and installation company they are using (Temco?) is terrible. It has the lowest rating of one, on the BBB website, yet Home Depot is using them. After the unit came, the installers told me that they do not do side venting, so they cannot install it. And that is in spite of the fact that I specifically mentioned side venting in my order! I did not take the delivery. (3) Cancelled the order, but did not receive the refund in the time promised. Only after I got my Credit Card bank involved, the credit was issued. The bottom line - DO NOT USE HOME DEPOT, at least for the items that have a non-standard configuration and require professional installation.

Worst Home Depot location ever I mean I've been to Home Depot's all across the U.S. and I have never been to such an unorganized, slow, rude, unprofessional location. So my visit prior to this they took about 45 minutes to get one closet door down and they kept pushing me aside. The employees do not properly mask during CDC guidelines nor do they do the safety standards to prevent the spread. My second visit they also took a long time to unlock an equipment. Than I was paying and I was done and rudely they accused me of trying to steal after she watched me scan everything. Next, she scanned multiple stuff and seen I did pay for everything. Lastly I walked out and than someone chases me down believing I didn't pay for something after the checkout lady already accused me and made sure and everything was payed for. Worst experience in my life.

The worst people ever! Irresponsible, not responsive, not knowledgeable, with surprisingly incorrect information that they’d give you.The salesperson gave me a two-week window for simple closet doors and I specifically asked him whether that’s going to happen, and he assured me and said yes!!Now, we are three weeks past that time and not even an update on the status of my order and every time the excuse is COVID! After 1.5 years into pandemic, they haven’t updated their system, and neither trained their staff in informing the customers. They claim to be understaffed; okay fix it; pay more & hire! You’re running a business and have already increased the prices a lot!!Be careful and don’t be fooled by their reps because they only want to get your order, after that no service…

I usually like Home Depot. But this was horrendous. I couldn't find an item. Asked an employee, and after telling me to where a certain item would have been located they just kept sitting or talking with their co workers. I hate to Karen. But get up and do your job. I couldn't find the item in the long run so went to Lowe's.

In addition to the usual problems plaguing Home Depots everywhere - messy, poorly stocked/maintained shelves, lack of help, etc, this particular store doesn't honor the 10% veterans discount on appliances. I took my 95 year old WW2 veteran dad and mom there, at their insistance, to buy a new clothes washer. I wanted to go to Costco, but they had good luck with a refrigerator they bought at HD before and they think the 10% discount is worth it. Well, it's not. Because even if you get it, it's really not worth it because it's still more expensive than Costco. * But they didn't get it!!! * Because "We don't offer the veterans discount on appliances." Way to go Home Depot! Proudly standing behind our vets!

I recently purchased a refrigerator from the Kifer Rd. Home Depot which needed to be returned due to some problems. I was worried that GE would not take it back, but Joseph, the store manager, and Rich, the supervisor of the appliance department stood by me completely. They assured me that they would take it back and allow me to choose another fridge, even from a different manufacturer. They were both so kind and supportive through the whole process. I can't thank them enough!

My experience at your home depot was so depressing. We just moved here from Utah Needed some things for the New place. Walked in looked around and your store was a mess. I look at your rugs which usually you have a great selection, Sorry to say not here Your rugs were Literally down the same aisle as the paint. That was a mess. I wanted to check out the lamps. I thought to myself this has to be wrong maybe this is just the Clarence But no that was your lamp selection Once again sad. The original reason why I went was to get some Brackets for my kitchen cabinets . I heard this one man talking to another And saying it's easier to look it up in my phone than to tried to find someone for help in the store.And then I also wanted A small step stroll I found an employee and asked where I could find it.He said he didn't know but for me to go ask someone else.I asked him isn't it your job To find out where it is?Get this he just walked away. I do have to say I did find an employee that was very helpful she even walked over To the Isle to make sure that I had found What I was looking for.The woman at the checkout was very kind and pleasantBut I am sorry to say as I told my husband when we walked out. this is the last time we will ever come back to this home depot .

Great for cheap plants. We got beautiful house plants from here
