Easy place to drop off your old clothes donations. Can park in the parking lot though it's hard to find a spot there. tip: Receipt is via the QR code now so no more old school paper receipts.

Great variety of items. Clean store. Tons of toys. Friendly staff. Parking is tough to find, and you may have to park across the street but it's a great area and lots of items inside. Love this store.

This goodwill is so overpriced. They don't sell single teacups you have to buy a whole bundle of random teacups for $6-$10 whether you like them or not just to get the one you want. Last time I went here I found a little crystal candle holder that didn't have a tag so I found something similar marked $1.99 thinking it would be okay. I also had a very large crystal bowl that was marked $3.49 so I thought if they didn't match the $1.99 price then obviously they could match the large bowl since it's way bigger and more detailed than the little candle holder. I brought my items to the cashier and explained that one of my items didn't have a tag but I had grabbed something similar to compare. The older lady working next to the cashier who was helping me immediately but in and went "oh no that's crystal we would sell it for $5.99" I showed her how the larger and much more detailed crystal bowl was marked $3.49 and told her I would be willing to pay that but but she refused and was really rude about it, even asking me if I know what crystal is. Well let me tell you just how vindicated I was when I went to the mountain view goodwill directly after leaving this one and found the same exact crystal candle holder for guess what??? $1.99!!! I am never going to this goodwill again. I wish I could remember the employees name, she was older with grey hair that was dyed pink. I've never experienced such rude customer service from a goodwill employee.

Convenient location. You have to really take your time when looking through the shelves in the back. You never know what you might find. Selection of things in each department is good. Employees are nice and helpful. Got a duffel bag in good condition for $8! I was definitely able to find what I went in for and will be returning in the future! Thank you!

I enjoy browsing here. I've purchased seasonal things that were decently priced. I have also had success buying clothes here that were brand new. But sometimes the pricing on toys is absurd. It's often cheaper just to get something from Target.

The workers were very nice, store was typical of Goodwill but they also had a lot of new items like costumes and socks.

OVERPRICED used merchandise! I feel that the store's manager and staff do not care about the people who come to this store to buy used products that they get for FREE. I am not coming back to this store. I overheard the employees talking trash about a customer who asked for a discount over an overpriced and overused item! They need to be trained on how to TREAT customers! And have to learn to have empathy for low-income shoppers that are hurting economically and are looking for a good deal. BUYER BEWARE!

I love this goodwill. They have great finds, but sometimes you do need to search. My mom lives across the country and always makes a point to check out what they have whenever she visits! Only thing I will say is I feel like the prices are getting a bit higher over time, and I'm not sure how I feel about goodwill as a company as a whole.

This store does not test if their stuff works. $10 purchase ended up being worthless as the item is broke with batteries.

Found some great pieces at this location however the cashier, Sandra, was pretty rude. I kindly told her I didn’t need a bag because I brought my own and she later sassed me to give her my bag. She asked if I was paying credit or cash and I said debit (because that is neither of the options she said and I wanted to make sure she knows which option to select on her register) and she said something sassy about it being credit? Upon browsing previous reviews I see someone else has complained about Sandra being rude. Management please talk to your employee about customer service!

Good place to buy used household items. Sometimes l find items more expensive than new ones from TJ Max. Beware of buying electronics. Except for lamp and light bulbs, you really can't test whether the electronics work. The store offers exchange. But you have to find something to buy as exchange.

Cashier is very rude. I think is the same mentioned in the other bad reviews. She get out of control when, she is stressed out. Treat customers like a undesirable in the store if you want use restroom. Forget a about it. It just to be nice place to visit not with that people around. I do not recommend to visit that place over price donated broken most of the times items. and don’t even request anything to the woman cashiers that believe you worth nothing as a customer, after I waited at the restroom door as she ask me to, no one showed up. When I ask how long I have to wait for the key??? She stared screaming. We are so busy don’t you see!!!!!! Your life is so miserable!!!!!that come here to make our life miserable she said. I was. Upsss this is a not ok Woman. not happy with that she threat me with calling the authorities over me if I don’t leave. I told her all I need is use the restroom. And she walk away. Reading all this histories about this stores not only the one in Sunnyvale but Santa Clara, and meridian I was shocked they call the police over a mother and her baby with deshabilities because has an accident in the restroom. is so horrible. I been shopping in Sunnyvale store for long time and never it was a issue use the restroom there. Until this new cashier that not only is rude. She hide her self, she deny identify her self because probably is ashamed of her self and her horrible attitude. How I said in next door app I live 5 minutes from the store driving. And that’s why I was asking her how long I have to wait more. Because I knew they were busy and I could leave and pee in my house if they were under staff or have a nervous break down because a customer ask a cuestión. And the worst the manager of the store walk to me in a intimidating way telling me. What happens!!!! what!!!!!. I explain to him and he calmed down but even him refuse to give her cashier name. I think they are in a very poisoning work environment. According to what I hear from other people in next door app. If people shop there is not because we are saving Pennies is because we want recycle and give a opportunity to a item to be reuse. Not because we can go to a regular store. The beautiful of shop at thrift stores is that you can help the planet to prevent more items get done unnecessary. But with that kind of customers service and attitudes in the Sunnyvale store I am out of there and NOT PLANING TO VISIT EVER THIS STORES ANY LONGER. I AM GLAD SAVERS IS ABOUT TO OPEN HOPEFULLY THEY HAVE MORE PROFESSIONAL PEOPLE WORKING THERE AND THIER RESTROOM AVAILABLE TO CUSTOMERS WITHOUT NEED TO BE ASKING FOR A KEY.The woman cashier deny show me her badge name. M to file formal a complaint. They know they are wrong and manager and the cashier cover them self each other.

Went into store around 1 o'clock Sunday afternoon and asked a question about the return policy because I bought electronics at another store and it didn't work and paid $45 subscription for the year and they said there's a blanket no return policy or one day report policy return and then was laughing about it and joking about it and snickers as I walked away. As I make a phone call, they said the phones don't work and I can't make a call.
