“Always a busy place, even when the lines are in the long side everyone seems to be efficient at moving into place beside a pump and getting started right away. It could have been made even more efficient had they allowed a bit more space between the lines allowing more people to get out of the vehicle without hitting the doors on the cement pillars. The attendant does a good job of keeping people moving along Only once did I see a motorhome hit the canopy and cause damage . Due to tank sediment being stirred up when tanker trucks come to refill the underground fuel tanks , we avoid filling when they are there. Saves trips to the car shop for fuel filter replacements. Costco gas has been touted by Consumer Reports as being high quality gas.”

“This is a very special review for the staff gentleman, Sorry I didn't ask for his name. I had a flat tire while driving towards Sunnyvale with my little kid and family members. I parked at this station and it was late afternoon and New Year Day when all service shops were closed. Even my insurance tow truck was showing 3 hours wait time. I decided to replace the tire myself which I had never done it before. This gentleman staff at the gas station noticed it and helped me replace the tire. He also have me the tips on on tire replacement. He was a thorough gentleman who helped me reach back my home with family and lil one without any trouble. I would love to visit this station to say Hi and to use their service whenever I pass by this route. Thank you so much for your kindness and help.”

“This is the place I go to for gas and sometimes for car wash. I'm very satisfied with the car wash as I hardly have time to get it washed by hands and usually go to the drive through car wash and the inside of my car would become so dirty with dust and dirt. Even though it's not as detailedly cleaned since it's only takes half an hour to wash, it's very reasonable for the price as I know detailed cleaning costs several hundreds of dollars and takes several hours to clean. Also, in the past I had come to the auto shop to remove a couple of nails in my tires and the price was very reasonable and they were fast to fix the tires.”

“Valero gas station has an auto repair shop on the same lot. The name of the shop is Matilda auto repair and service . The master auto mechanic is Paul . I've been here multiple times with both my vehicles over the last six years. It's a small Shop so it's best to check with Paul first to see if he has time to repair your vehicle. The work he does is quality ,less time on repair and cost is half of what the competition charges. most auto repair shops will over charge and over book their work load. Not Matilda auto repair.”
“Pros: you can get gas and your car serviced here. (Car wash). And someone nice will come out and tell you that the pump you are attempting to use is out of order and to pull up to use the next one. The location is in the heart of El Camino and establishment is well kept. Con: this station only operates during working hours so if you need a fill up late at night, good luck finding gas elsewhere, especially if you exclusively use 76 like me.”
“I have several cars and they all go to Santana! He is the master. I have a 1966 valiant and he can rebuild and repair anything on the car. When my brakes melted on the axel, he took out a torch and melted the metal off the axel and rebuilt my breaks. I also bring him my Jeep grand Cherokee Limited. The place is clean ,easy to get in and out of and although not the best gas price in the area , it is reasonable compared to some. The staff here has always been friendly and nothing but good experiences.”

“This Costo has great employees, always willing to help. Just one time I was double charged for a return item, and had to go through a huge hassle of speaking with the manager. They have a good product variety. They've recently change their food court orders to self-order on the screen pads. I try to avoid peak hours and the weekend crowd, since customers get really aggressive. I've almost gotten hit by impatient drivers in the parking lot. Make sure you honk if someone is about to hit you, because they probably will. Be respectful, be kind and you will make it out of there without a headache or injury (from someone hitting the cart into your ankle).”
