They using booking.com to scam people because when you get the room through booking.com they tell you we don’t have a available rooms or they made any reason and their policy says there is no refund!!! , what a scam, what bullshit , the crazy is nobody can do anything about. You will never figure out until you end up in the same situation with no room or refund it!!!??♂️??♂️??♂️

Service was horrible, besides one lady who helped me. This is why I gave 3 stars, or else it would've been 2 stars across the board. The room had broken furniture and lighting, and nothing was available in the room like other extended hotels. When you would call to request items, they either didn't have them or would not make them available to you.
Nearby activities: You are close to everything, lots of different dining, and entertainment.

Thus place is a quiet ,friendly place. The rooms are descent size and clean.(not smelly).The front desk were very helpful and understanding with everything.I would stay here again and recommend people to check it out if in this area..Dog friendly

Very good location, silent. There are few rooms which have the window to the highway (a little noise, not much), but the majority of the rooms are very silent, they have windows in the inner courtyard. The furniture a bit old, but functional. Also the kitchen is very good. The personnel is very friendly. Overall i am very satisfied. I stayed there 3 months (in the summer if 2024)

We checked in around 8pm on a Tuesday. It was a very busy time. The neighbors downstairs were already loud, a male tenant. He was loud all night long. It was a little frightening at times, sounds of banging, yelling and breaking things. We stayed because my veteran companion had an appointment at VA Hospital in the morning. I reported to the office in the morning. She said we should have called the police. I explained to her we were here for the night... not problems. We had just drove 3 hours, were tired and had to be up early. This hotel has many long term residents here and this was one of them. The management I'm sure knows of the disruptive tenant and just rents to short stay guests as ourselves without concern. We would have been better off driving in the early hours double the the time in traffic rather than staying here.

I booked here last minute because my apartment was in disarray and just wanted a comfortable place to sleep.
I think I scored on the noise factor, it’s in a quiet business neighborhood and there wasn’t any road noise from 237. There was a little noise in-between the units, but I found it to be tolerable.
The room was okay, my room smelled a bit like weed but it didn’t bother me. There’s no power outlets at the bed but 2 behind the TV, which I found odd.
Overall it’s fine for the price I paid, but I wouldn’t want to stay here for more than a few nights.

Good for short stay for solo traveller. It has basic amenities -small kitchenette, breakfast table, tv, microwave and fridge. Aung at the reception is a great person and is always supportive. He acts on any request and support with urgency and earnest. The other receptionists were good as well.

Nothing special but gets the job done. Beds are comfy enough. It's a little isolated from much else but Google offices are a short walk away. Don't expect much, but it works. People who work here are very polite and helpful.
Walkability: Good walkability to nearby Google offices.

Stayed here for 3 months during an internship, very pleasant experience, the staff are helpful and are flexible when it comes to scheduling room cleanings and getting you the resources you need. It is within walking and metro distance of a lot things like malls and theaters but it is pretty much in the middle of corporate-suburbia so don’t expect a crazy big city experience. The kitchenette had enough room to cook most of my meals and I paired it with an air fryer which made cooking anything possible. Overall, enjoyed my stay here and to some degree I would say it felt like home.

Stayed here for 3+ months. Loved the comfort and privacy of having my own studio. Super close to the bus and light rail stops, so a great location. The staff were really nice and friendly, good cleanliness and always felt safe. Also, they came in to clean the room weekly, which was a nice add-on.

The receptionist told us that he had no free rooms, then we booked one through booking and magically there were free ones, the bed was full of hair, and some were super fat, it was very disgusting.

I have to say that for the needs that we had, they have been excellent and attentive. Never had any issues and they were always accommodating if we needed room cleaning days changed, or if we needed to change when we paid. Staff were all friendly and understanding, and came to feel like friends more so than just the staff. If I ever need to have a place for a roof over my head again I'll probably return here.
