I guess this Costco lacks no unsatisfied customers. Well, +1. The experience made me want to switch to Sam's club right away. Unfortunately, there is no Sam's club nearby. Probably that's why Costco is so bad. Walmart, please see my email.

AVOID MIN !I just got Tdap vaccination here from pharmacist Min, she is cold and doesnt seem to bother about patient's discomfort. Would definitely goto a CVS next time instead had lot better experience there last time.

1. They don’t tell you how many days you have left to pick up your meds, so sometimes you go there and they tell you it has been put back.2. After you submit a refill request, they don’t tell you the status of it unless it’s been filled. So if you submit a request that is not yet ready to be filled by insurance, they don’t tell you about that and don’t tell you when your insurance will allow it to be refilled unless you call them.3. They don’t put their up-to-date hours on Google maps. I needed my meds around Christmas. Didn’t think they d be open on Christmas Day but Google maps says it’s open till 6pm. So I went there only to find they are closed.4. It’s always super crowded and slow.

Soo slow, expect to wait at least 10-20min. There's usually a line of people, and it takes 5min per customer because there's only one person at the counter.They only open at 10 which means you can't stop by in the morning.

One of the worst pharmacy in the world!!! There 10 people in lines and there only one tech to help. What worst is they have two other tech in the back and doing nothing to help.

Confusing location. Feels like its not organised as most of other Costco stores. Departments located in different corners. Parking is pretty tiny for such a large wholesale.

*~self check out, quite a crowd, small lot~*My kids ask me 'is this the only Costco in the world?'No. Not it is not. I keep coming because of the convenient location but everyone's blood pressure seems to always get higher here. Frequent purchases:MilkProduceCakesBreadIce creamWaterloo or the likeCar fuelI have often think to myself I ought to go to Coleman or Mountain View but I haven't learned my lesson yet.

Every Costco is selling almost the same item, so the only point to rate different Costco would be something about parking or food court area This Costco, in Sunnyvale , I would like to say it always full of people : no matter the period during weekend or afternoon weekday . Therefore it would be extremely tough to find a parking spot , or you would see lots of people driving their cart around in parking lot . Therefore I always try to avoid this one for grocery.

This Costo has great employees, always willing to help. Just one time I was double charged for a return item, and had to go through a huge hassle of speaking with the manager. They have a good product variety. They've recently change their food court orders to self-order on the screen pads. I try to avoid peak hours and the weekend crowd, since customers get really aggressive. I've almost gotten hit by impatient drivers in the parking lot. Make sure you honk if someone is about to hit you, because they probably will. Be respectful, be kind and you will make it out of there without a headache or injury (from someone hitting the cart into your ankle).

I never usually write reviews but this is important as Costco has a reputation to maintain. The technician at the Sunnyvale pharmacy, I can’t remember his name , on two occasions, he has been extremely rude and unprofessional. The ladies who have helped me in the past were fantastic. If customers are not treated right and the technician does not have patience to speak with customers he should be put on a back end job and not a job where he is required to speak with customers. I decided to go get my prescription filled elsewhere because of this.

I made an appointment(Noon 10/14/2022) at this Costco(Sunnyvale, CA) pharmacy to get COVID Booster, I prefilled the online questionnaire and paperwork and showed up on time. I encountered the following issues:1. After checking in, I was told initially I shall expect a text message in 15 mins showing everything is ready for me to proceed with the injection, but It took the the Pharmacy more than 40 minutes until providing me the booster dose. The text message mentioned never showed up and I had to remind the staff.2. After I got the booster, I was asked to wait in a room for 15 mins which I did. During the waiting period I politely asked a staff in charge named Elina whether she could start preparing my CDC vaccination card with the record, and the request was denied with Elina yelling rudely at me " You have to wait ONE FIVE" without any explanation. I suspect I was racially profiled as unable to understand what "15" means in English.3. Some staff were not dressed in the professional white coat, and the Pharmacy doesn't seem to have followed heath code/regulation in this regard or was just being poorly managed.4. The Pharmacy practice placed patients' documents randomly and carelessly on the desks visible through the windows, I can see other people's info easily and mine was exposed to others. Literally no privacy protection.Horrible experience overall, and I cannot believe this is the level of service a Costco provided.
