This Bank Of America branch has been there forever and in last couple years has had turnover of staff, but appears to be continuing to do a good job.

I was told Id be getting a survey through my email but I did not receive one so I am gladly going on here to give this place the review it deserves. Five stars for sure!! We recently moved to Sunnyvale and this is the closest thing to our house. I am so glad that it is because the staff here is so friendly, they were so helpful and in the short time that I've been here I feel like I've gotten to know a few of them one-on-one. I'm so glad that this is our new bank. Thanks again to the staff for being so awesome! They were even so friendly with my one-year-old daughter that I bring him with me often. Anyways I highly recommended this bank. I feel they do not deserve two star ratings. But that is my opinion.

I felt pressure when seeing those negative comments, but my experience was very positive. I’ve visited there twice. The lady in the lobby has been very friendly and professional. She helped me out very efficiently both of the times, great customer service!

Don't go here unless you're Asian, they will ignore you and remind you anyways. I was waiting in line for 15min waiting for the teller to stop acting busy. The floor mgr asked him could he take me and the tellers response was no. No one else was in line.

Not happy about their service at all. I completed a student account online and brought my child to the bank to verify IDs. They told me that processing should one one day and I should be receiving a confirmation email informing me the account was open. I waited for ten days and did not receive any email. The account still shows pending online. I called Bank of America and they told me that the application was just started and not completed and there was no way they could process it; I had to go to the bank to apply from scratch again. What a waste of time. I can't believe this is Bank of America! In the very minimum, they should have followed up within a week to check on it and fixed it. The staff there is just completely incapable. This time I will be going to a different branch and I will open the student account in person rather than online as their online thing just didn't work. Zero star.

B of A is an absolute mess and has been since 2019. And this branch is open WITHOUT bank tellers!! Ridiculous. Fancy video screens, lots of leased square footage and no teller service. We have to go to a different branch to close our accounts! Absurd! Why is the branch even open? Anyone surprised that we are closing our accounts?!
