Art is a real gentleman and professional. He knows everything about Mercedes. Has fixed multiple problems that other mechanics charge me for and failed to fix. This is the best place to take your Mercedes.

I actually wouldn't even give this business 1 star. First time I called it rang and rang no one picked up, second time I called someone picked up and did heavy breathing into the phone without saying a word and hung up on me. I thought I would give this business one more try since it is a block from my home and I own several Mercedes which would make it convenient to use their services. On my last attempt calling someone picked up the phone without identifying the name of the business so I simply asked if this was indeed Shadow Hills Mercedes, his gruff answer to me was " GO AHEAD ", so I asked again is this the correct business I am calling ? Shadow Hills? And he yells again much louder " I said GO AHEAD. Extremely unprofessional and rude. Doesn't matter that this business is less than 2 minutes from my home I will never use this services.

Art has been my go to mechanic for my CLS 400 Mercedes since i first bought the car. Very trustworthy, honest, and reasonable pricing. Definitely recommend for any servicing needed on your vehicle. Highly recommended, you won't regret it

Extremely trustworthy mechanic, and a very pleasant and respectful man. You know you hit the jackpot when you find someone who started as airplane mechanic in his youth, and has been working as a mercedes car mechanic for 30 years. I wanted to do a pre purchase inspection and this location happened to be near the dealership, so I called and set up an appointment. Even if I showed up late, he still accommodated me. He knew everything about the car, and could find the smallest issues by just one look, or even by diagnosis by ear. Very thorough and careful in his job, and gave me honest opinions. Very reasonable prices. Someone you would trust to be your go to mechanic for life. Will definitely return. 5/5

Art is a friendly, knowledgeable, FANTASTIC mechanic! I was getting my car repaired at A DIFFERENT mechanic (in the same business-center), when Art stopped by to say "Hello" to him. During their chat (in Armenian, so I don't know what was said), I guess my mechanic asked him a question and Art pointed at parts on my car and seemed to be giving him advice. My mechanic doesn't use a torque wrench (most do not, they go by feel), but I wanted a things tightened to factory specifications. Art seemed friendly so I asked Art if he had a Torque wrench we might use. He said, "Sure"! He also let my mechanic use a higher quality air-wrench with more torque. Art is friendly, has automotive knowledge and the right kind of guy to trust with a luxury automobile. At his shop, Art is ONLY one working on your Mercedes. I haven't got a Mercedes to take to him, so I've not had the pleasure of having Art perform a repair. But if I did, I certainly would. And I would recommend him to those that do.

Art is definitely unique, he has a passion for cars and his work, the place is immaculate and he is very honest and fair, I have been bringing my cars here for maintenance and needed repairs and have never been disappointed.
