They helped to ensure the very difficult task of receiving delivery on the actual day of my wife's birthday.When the packages arrived and we unpacked the components, the quality was immediately apparent. I initially inquired about the PN-PW model and they were so thorough with their answers to my questions I decided to buy the Olympic Grande model. It shipped in a timely manner and was delivered to my home on the other side of the country in just a week. It was easy to assemble and is exactly what I had hoped for!! I would definitely recommend MasterCraft for their excellent customer service and quality workbenches!

I bought the PN-110 Workbench with the organizer last year and I still love using them. I feel like they really knew what I needed from a workbench. The quality is exactly what I expected and customer service wass super nice and helpful. They were willing to offer me a great deal that fit my budget.
