I purchased a transmission and tried to talk to front desk guy(older gentleman with long hair and glasses) about returning or working something out since the transmission had a bad neutral safety switch. The moment I walked into the office the guy said “i don’t know what you want me to do, I can’t help you and my boss isn’t here I don’t know what time he’ll get here so you’re welcomed to sit there and wait to see if he even shows up” I explained the situation and he said I’m not calling you boss to give you a wait time. I again explained myself and he grew to say curse words to me because I said his customer service is terrible. He sat there staring at his computer and said talk all you want I’m not doing anything for you. We decided to leave and not do the store credit to avoid ever dealing with this business again. The worst transaction I’ve done in many many years

Came by this place when the transmission on my van went bad. Called a bunch of places, either they didn't have it or they were asking for too much. Glenoaks offered a fair price and I decided to check it out. The transmission was in great condition for its age and it came with warranty. The owner and employees were very nice, helped with the loading and securing on the back of my truck. Will definitely be back for other parts.

we drove 100 miles to get an engine from these crooks it was defective we returned it another 100 miles the second engine was worse than the first I asked for my core back they gave me an engine witch was not mine and it was destroyed internally could not even be rebuilt they are liars don't trust them

I bought a transmission from him that didn't work....he never told me that there is anything wrong with it so I payed $630 dollars for it ... then I payed $700 for labor to get that transmition that doesn't work into my car... He told me that he needs his transmition that doesn't work back but I have to pay for the labor, $700 more...He has been selling parts that don't work for a lot of money..
