My service dog recently needed to be bathed 2x weekly with medicated shampoo, tidy tails gave me a great deal and did a great job getting rid of his rash. They charge more than other places for regular grooming but they do a great job and have friendly professional staff.

My Yorkie was turned away, very rudely without even letting me explain that she will stay calm when I'm not around without me being in there not even two minutes, this Cunt told me she is , refusing service because she's not used to dogs that are 7 pounds know them very well. I explained I just moved to the area. and she says I need to take her elsewhere.

My beautiful fur babies were so wonderfully groomed. I almost didn't recognize them myself. The staff were so personable. Kind to every pet that entered the grooming salon. I found them by speaking to another pet owner at the park. She recommended them and I'm so happy she did. They pranced out of the salon like show dogs

these people traumatized my dog. We took him here a few times in the past 2 years and noticed scars on his body. When we tried to groom him he was petrified and screamed so much. My dog is a pretty big dog but he’s also a baby.We took him to a private groomer for a change and he told us he had never seen such a traumatized dog. Mochi hasn’t gone to a groomer other than tidy paws since he was born. Tidy paws Traumatized him. We took him today just to get a bath and he was so scared of even going inside. He recognized the area and tried running out while crying. Today confirmed it for sure.

DANGER TO BRACHYCEPHALIC BREEDS!!!!If I could have called the police I would. I was already unimpressed when I walked in, dirty, the tubs were not clean and the floor was gross. The shampoo was in unmarked bottles so I couldn't see ingredients or brand. The scrub brush given to me for self wash was covered in another dog's hair. The towels were thread bare and had holes.While I was bathing my dog another English Bulldog was waiting in a plastic kennel, on its side having a really tough time breathing. My dog is also an English so I was already worried for this dog having overheated in the frankly really humid space not to mention he was in a plastic crate with a cracked door but no air holes, it looked like a repurchased display area.The owners were on the phone and came in right as the dog STOPPED BREATHING.I don't know if this dog survived but I pray he has and I will never ever come back. I cannot warn people enough.TLDR: BULLDOG STOPPED BREATHING IN KENNEL, DIETY, AND DANGEROUS

Had an appointment, but upon arrival was told they were running behind, and it would be an hour wait. I purposely informed them I would be remaining with my dog but there was no note. No idea how well they work as I had no desire to sit and wait for an hour before being able to be seen for my appointment.

I walk in to schedule and appointment and I see a lady grooming a litle dog I said Hi and no body reply, so I stand there to see if maybe someone will come from the back and help me but no I then proceeded to ask fir help and the whole time I just felt like I was asking them for a huge free favor. I do belive that if this is your business you should be happy and inviting for any costume, will not be taking my dog there.

Dropped my furry baby off at my appt time. They told me 3 hours, after waiting for three hours I walked in to get my dog from her first haircut, her and they haven't even started her, then proceed to charge me for more things than what I expected because they because they said they found a flea. The groomer herself when I dropped her off made her lunch on one of the dog beds between two dogs being groomed. Then proceeded to tell me they can blow dryer and I can take her home for them being backed up and not letting me know.

Highly recommend. The lady and her two older kids that work here are very nice, and took great care of our fur baby Penelope! We had Penelope's nails, trimmed and teeth brushed prices are extremely reasonable. We will be taking our other three dogs here for sure. They also wash and dry your pup, or you can wash them yourself!

Loved this place. It was my first time taking my blue heeler/lab mix here, Blossom. Blossom hates getting groomed. However, the folks here made her feel comfortable, loved, and did an outstanding job!

I bring my mom's dogs in here for nail clipping. We never make an appointment and we're never turned away.
