What an idiotic policy you have. I showed the stylist I have 4 small extensions in my hair and that it’s totally fine to trim the ends of my hair. They turned me away. I offered to give written consent. So don’t go here if you have any type of fun hair

Came here a few times in the last year or so. They did okay the first time, the other few times they like to rush - and they botched my fade which shouldn't be hard and they messed up the lines and it wasn't even. For $30 + tip (that tip was a lie) I won't be back after having some sub-par jobs. Especially while the barber or whatever is bragging about how good she is while she's f***ing up your hair a bit. Go up the street to champions barbershop.

Got my hair cut for the second time by Riley and i'm so happy with it!! i grew my hair for years and trusted her to make a big chop and i'm so glad i did! all the women in this location are so sweet and lovely! the vibes are immaculate! great place to get a good hair cut without breaking the bank! thank you so much Riley!!

Taylor is a goddess who transformed my flat dull lifeless hair into a beautiful cut. I went in for a blow dry and she said I had lots of split ends and suggested a cut for my hair texture and volume. I told her to go for it…. I look incredible . She’s also absolutely adorable. So incredibly happy! My new hairdresser for sure!!!?

I went in simply to trim/take the weight out of my face framing layers. Struggled to describe exactly what I meant (but eventually found photos), but made it 100% clear that I wanted to keep the long length. The stylist Riley assured me she'd just trim half an inch off the back, even saying she'd leave it damaged so I'd be comfortable. It took three years to grow my hair out from a bob. My hair hit below my armpit, and now is shoulder length. A good 2-3 inches gone.. and I even explained how much I hated having shoulder length hair beforehand. I was shocked but didn't complain or criticize her work once, ask to be compensated etc. However, the stylist began rolling her eyes, saying I wasn't clear on what I wanted, and telling me she'd spent more time cutting my hair than she was supposed to (she spent nearly the entire time trimming the back). The cut was disappointing enough, but had a breakdown because of her attitude. I've had great cuts here in the past but won't be coming back.
