Continues to be the best way to pamper yourself. Shelley is so attentive and friendly. She has added so many other services including a variety of different facials to fit your needs. Even with a peel or extractions, you are able to relax with the calming music and chill vibes. Do yourself a favor and book your appointment asap!

Not only is this a beautiful, clean, welcoming space -- hands down, this was the best facial I've ever had. Shelley is absolutely outstanding. She has a lovely, warm energy, and her knowledge of the science behind the skincare is absolutely unmatched. Shelley is a true gem. And my sensitive skin agrees.

Shelley is the best facial it’s and waxer in Los Angeles. I’ve lived here 20 years and have seen everyone. Shelley stands out because of her knowledge of the science behind skin. She is also the kindest person.

Every time I get consistent with going to facials with the incredible Shelley Burbo, my skin is amazing. As someone with cystic acne, it is extremely hard to keep my face maintained and to know what products to use and how to use product for my skin correctly. Shelley not only keeps my skin, hydrated, glowing, smooth, but she also educates me a lot on the science behind skin, hormones, and facial products. I love Shelley. She is a ♾️/100 in my books. Thank you Shelley for helping my confidence, self esteem, and skin!

I have loved all of my experiences at Skinology! Especially with Shelley. She truly makes you feel so comfortable and welcome at each visit. She actively listens to all of my questions/ concerns with my skin. She has given me a lot of tips on products and steps to use on my skin at home that I use everyday.I have also gotten a massage at her spa as well. It was so amazing! The masseuse really took the time to listen to my concerns and the areas I needed him to focus on. I really appreciate that.I recently moved out of state so I haven’t been able to visit in awhile. However, whenever I am back in LA for work I am definitely making an appointment to see Shelley!! I highly recommend going here for all of your skincare/ massage needs. It’s a must!

This is the only Google review I’ve ever written — that’s just how amazing Shelley is. She’s so knowledgeable and attentive, and she cares about her clients. She always explains the logic and intention behind her treatments, and caters to the individual’s needs. I’ve learned so much from her. She’s helped me better understand my skin and long-term dermatological issues, and she gives great wellness advice in general! She’s a gem and a rare find, I could not recommend her more highly.
