Was on my way to mod nails, stopped in to check prices and they were cheaper so gave them a shot. Look this place is busy and packed which is normally a good sign (I figured) so they must be doing something right. I just found it frustrating that my manicurist didn't use a fresh set of sanitized tools and thought that I wouldn't notice. She was sneaky about it, most places unwrap a newly sanitized pair of tools in front of you, this woman quickly pulled it out from somewhere underneath the table. I figured hopefully I don't get an infection from that and I'd say we did pretty good! only 1/10 fingers got inflamed/infected so not too bad... I will never come back here ever.

My absolute favorite nail place in all of LA. Leo is AMAZING. detail oriented, friendly, clean, and great work. Me and all my girlfriends come here, I drive over 45M - I’ve gone other places and it’s never the same.

Sorry to say that I'm not returning to this salon anymore. I really hate it when nail techs talk about you while you're sitting right there. It's very uncomfortable l, unprofessional, and rude. Julie called another employee over to just to tell her that I came in with dirty nails. I'm so sorry, I work all day and had my brown makeup under my nails. Then I heard her say "Venmo" to the person doing my toes. When I checked out I then asked for her Venmo so that I can tip, she couldn't contain her laughter. So sorry I don't have cash all the time jeez. Last time I come here. So sad because they do a good job, but I don't pay $100 to get treated this way.

Stay away from this place. Wish I could give this place 0 stars! The poorest work quality and service I've ever seen. They do terrible work and on top of everything, provide unhelpful, unaccommodating service. My regular nail lady was sick so I came here to do my nails 5 days ago here and almost all my nails broke and chipped in the following 2 days!!! When I came here to get them fixed they said it was my problem and that I would have to pay full price to get redo as if the money I already paid a few days prior doesn't matter! I truly can't believe they have repeating customers because they do a lousy job and are also so unprofessional. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I am disappointed that I need to be writing this but I've had it with this place. I've been a Nail Boutique client for 10+ years. I supported them through the pandemic. I've been a Nail Boutique loyalist for YEARS. As of late, the attitude of everyone in this place is unbearable and so rude. Amy has left me waiting 20+ minutes multiple times. I understand that that happens every so often but not every time. I always make an appt and am always on time, and if I am running behind, I call and communicate that. My last straw was when I was running late and called. I was 10 minutes behind. They told me I was going to have to wait about 30 minutes because I was running late and the techs took someone else. I've been gracious with them when I have to wait, I'd expect the same in return, especially because I was driving in from the city. Yes, I still stuck with them even after I moved away. Anyway, that's not to mention the quality of the techs. Hardly anyone does nail art and hardly anyone does a proper cuticle removal. When I leave, it looks like my nails have been grown for a few days already. Additionally, they need to be more thorough with their cleanliness. It's gross. It's not until I've tried another place that I realized that Nail Boutique is pretty bad. They don't care for quality anymore. They just care about churning out customers. If you're interested in being treated like you're a bother, I'd recommend you'd try it.

I've been coming to this nail salon for a couple years now and I've never had any problems. They are always super nice and friendly; and although they are a bit pricey and their prices have raised I still find myself back there . But I'm very sad and upset about the visit I just had . I usually get gel on my hands but this time I got a gel x set. I had Pisey. She's so sweet, kind and amazing ; I've had her before and I love her. But I paid $80 not including tip for one of the shortest sets I've had and I've already had 4 nails pop off on me !!! I lost two yesterday and two so far today. I just got them done two nights ago !! That's ridiculous. Very upset and not sure if I want to to return tbh.

I am now a happy, loyal customer! I have the GELX and wasn't happy until a friend recommended Nail Boutique. My girl is Karla! She knows exactly how I like my nails and I can go at least three weeks! My colleagues love Nail Boutique, too (and they have high standards when it comes to their nails) and they have tried several of the nail techs and they are all great. The beautiful lady at the front desk is amazing, too. Clean, relaxing and priced right. Highly recommend Bail Boutique.

This nail place is amazing. For years I have struggled to find a nail tech that does the kind of work that I'm looking for. And, Karla did an amazing job with my Gel X nails. Everyone in this boutique is so kind and welcoming, and they have such an array of colors for nail polishes and gel polishes. It's Awesome. I just felt so comfortable and happy and I was so glad that my coworker recommended this place to me! They even sat me down next to her (coworker) and I didn't have to do my nails on one side of the store and my friend on the other side like other places have had us do. If I could give 10 stars, I would!

Just updating that this place has been consistently amazing! I've been suggesting them to everyone and yesterday I brought my coworker in with me and everything was perfect! She said it's the best nail salon she's been to! I had Leo and Nana and they did a great job on my gel mani & pedi! Always happy with my results here. Staff is so welcoming and the owner I believe at the front is so accommodating, you can tell she cares that the customers are happy. Highly suggest!

First of all the manager is very rude! 2ndly she doesn't clean the stations properly. There was all cut nails everywhere on the seat and the small tables where you put your arms. When I asked her to clean it with alcohol spray before I sat down the way she looked at me , wow! And again didn't clean properly, just wiped it with towel. The only good thing about this place is the nail technicians. They are doing a great job!

Generally feels like most places in LA have plummeted in service and quality. Doing your nails these days feels more like a chore than self-care. This place added to my list of places I will not return to. I went in for a polish change, my mom and and sister got manicures and pedicures. Absolutely horrible. You would have thought someone was chasing the technician they were going through the motions so fast. Every nail came out a different shape. Pedicure polish on my sister was clunky. My mom didn’t even get her cuticles cut during her pedicure. Gone are the days of quality service.Don’t waste your time here. Spare you’re self the disappointment.Services: Polish removal
