Terrible service from start to finish. Service A (back length hair) keratin treatment $350, left hair greasy and frizzy due to under washing of product. Took weeks for my hair to return to normal. Service B (shoulder length hair) - redo of keratin $210. Credit with salon was $140. Called back to use credit and it was "adjusted" with the accountant and no longer available for use. Inconsistent employees, incompetent service.

Went to get a routine haircut and was very disappointed. The hairstylist did not finish drying my hair as I left with wet hair at the top. My cut is jagged and ends are still damaged. The manager followed up with a routine check-in and when I explained my poor experience nothing was done and no efforts where made to listen to my needs and correct my issue. The salon was empty when I went and now I know why. Be cautious before getting a haircut here.

Had a great experience with William for a blow out! I have curly/textured hair. He was gentle and didn't use too much heat, I walked out with bouncy healthy looking blow out!

I had the most horrible hair cut today! I am so upset but can’t do anything about it which is the worst part. This place is not the place to give the stylist freedom. Just go for a trim and that’s prob all they can handle

William is the BEST! I love watching him cut my hair because he is so precise and on point like if he's an artist painting a portrait. I also love the positive energy and clean space of the salon and everyone is so nice and welcoming.

Can’t recommend Kriza Aveda Salon enough to individuals who are looking for high quality treatments/products and the most amazing staff! I have curly hair which I don’t let many work on due to previous negative experiences but can say all of my visits to this salon have been wonderful and I have never left unhappy with the results. My go to is Tabitha but love when Hita and other staff members provide feedback to ensure I’m happy and will get the best outcomes. Looking forward to my next visit!Services: Haircut
