Today I had my last appointment at D. Miller Hair Lounge (because I'm moving out of state). I always enjoy going there because of the totally pampered vibe. Plus, I get to see "my Sam." Sam Wynn really outdid himself today with my cut & color! I always enjoy my time with him because he is such an incredible hair-artist! When he does my highlights, they look so phenomenal the 1st day and even as they grow out months later. He really shines as a cut and colorist, but also as a master conversationalist! I will miss you Sam! You are the very best! I'll never be able to find someone with as much panache as you in Minnesota.

Visited this place for my hair appointment with Crystal. Very clean! Very spacious! Very organized! Coffee bar area and water available to their customers! I thoroughly enjoyed the atmosphere! Each stall is rented and occupied by a stylists so their individual areas are kept clean at all times, which is nice to see the cleanliness. I will be going back to this place. I will be visiting Crystal again in the near future.

Thank you Debra, you're terrific; I am beyond picky when it comes to my hair, who touches my hair, and their energy, which Debra and this place have the best energy and vibe, also because I have virgin hair ( never colored ). Let's not forget to mention Anie, who made me laugh to tears the whole time. I tried the Magic Sleek treatment, a nontoxic treatment for hair that takes 4/5 hours, so you better be in a place like here where you know you will get the best service and a good time, and I had my laptop working simultaneously, too. I am not posting a pic of my hair #noevileyes hahahaha

I came in to see Crystal today to fix my hair color and I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she went into detail on what was best for me. She explained everything that she was going to do and told me why she was going to do it. I appreciated her listening to me, and the time she took with me. I will definitely be coming back to see Crystal!!!

I came in today to get my hair done with Crystal and she did such an amazing job. I showed her a picture of what I wanted, and she explained to me what she thought was best. She went into detail on what she was going to do to my hair and explained the process very well. My hair looks amazing and I will definitely be coming back to Crystal!!!

I was visiting Los Angeles from NY and was in desperate need of a color correction. I Chose D Miller Hair Lounge because of the reviews and Ciara was my colorist. I had stopped coloring my hair and what was left of my old color had turned into a horrible brassy gold. Ciara transformed my old color into a beautiful, neutral light brown. It's weeks later and no gold is poking through. I get so many compliments on my hair! thanks Ciara - I will be back in January! And BTW - every colorist in NYC told me I would have to cut off the old color. NOT TRUE! Ciara was confident enough to try and cover the brass without bleaching it or cutting it. And it worked.

Gracie did an amazing job installing my hair extensions, I got so many compliments already! She was so nice and squeezed me in on a Saturday. She was also very fast, these appointments usually take longer but she put in 2 whole packs in under an hour! Will be coming back here soon to see Gracie! Everyone is very nice in the entire salon and it's very inviting.

Okay, I have A HAIR nightmare story and D Miller was my absolute salvation. I trusted a highly rated salon (600+ reviews, 5 stars) with a deep plum hair color. Needless to say, mistakes were made, and I felt like a Sesame Street character (Elmo but purple - no bueno). Honestly, as I was telling my stylist today, I haven't had the best of luck with LA stylists for 10years, why I thought a new stylist could tackle such a bold color adventure...no idea...guess we are meant to learn lessons the hard way. Thankfully, my coworker raves about D Miller and knew I was super upset about this failed plum experiment I had at the other salon, so she hooked me up with Deborah. Schedules not aligning Deborah introduced me to Ciara and I AM SO ENDLESSLY grateful! Ciara spent almost 5 hours triaging my hair with a bleach bath, moisturizing mask and redoing color. The video/pictures speak for themselves and Ciara's incredible labor of love to right what had been done to my hair was nothing short of miraculous. After the debacle of failed color, I was more than ready to get some more natural color and OMG did Ciara deliver. Her professionalism, patience and enthusiasm to fix this was incredible! We had some good laughs over the initial situation and she put me at ease through the whole process, walking me step by step and color by color of what she was doing to course correct. Definitely feel like I've finally, after 10 years, have found the right salon and stylist and it took a hair nightmare to get there!

I received the Magic Sleek hair treatment back in March. I can’t say enough amazing things about this hair treatment!! It has totally transformed my hair to be more manageable, more smooth and silky and it also has tamed my curls by a lot! It’s been 3+ months and is still going strong! Ciara did my treatment and also gave me a hair cut, she is great and definitely knows what she is doing!! She took her time and explained the treatment in detail which I appreciated. I will for sure keep up with magic sleek!!! Well worth it! Request Ciara for your hair!

Definitely would recommend D.Miller hair lounge this place is awesome and the staff friendly and great prices. When you stop by ask for Deborah or Crystal or any of the staff they all do a great job!
