The disgusting store and its politics. For what reason do they ask for a passport from the entire group of buyers? If only one person buys! Wasted time and ruined a birthday. I will never go to this store again.

Saturday 6:15pm - I just visited the store, and sadly had a disappointing experience. The only lady working the cashier was extremely rude and unhelpful. I hope she can receive additional training and support to ensure that every customer feels valued and well-assisted during their visit, because despite that subpar experience I really like to buy in other BevMo stores.

Bought syrups here three times for virgin cocktails, but a young lady at the register refused service, I was just coming in for a some quick sodas cause I was thirsty. She looked hella faded tho…

if i could leave zero stars i would. the lady at the front with black hair and crooked teeth makes people feel uncomfortable with her weird smile and super awkward appearance. she has little to no knowledge of the merchandise and makes it difficult to shop. also her breath smells like cheese and made me nauseous.

DO NOT SHOP AT BEV-MO AS THEY STEAL/SELL YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION FROM YOUR VALID I.D. AND ARE CONSTANTLY OUT OF ITEMS THEY ADVERTISE.Per their website, in preparation for a party, I ordered online for curbside pickup and used the promo/discount offer they had emailed. Received a notification that my order was ready and instructions on what to do when i arrived.Showed up, replied to the notification, identified my vehicle, where i was parked and waited...... and waited. Tried calling store and no one answered. Moved to a parking spot and went in. (Im not lazy and would normally just run in but had valuables in my truck that i didnt feel safe leaving in this crime-infested area). Had to wait behind a very long line as there was no "online order pickup" area. Got to counter and was 'greeted' by a less-than-enthusiastic employee who directed me to (they didnt retrieve it for me) the random shopping cart pushed to the corner of the store. I told them I had been waiting outside for the curbside pickup and they replied "yeah, we dont do that". I indicated that the site lets you order that way and they just didn't care and kinda shrugged it off like "i dont give a $hit" because they clearly didn't.That shopping cart contained about half the items ordered and out of the two limes i had ordered, there was only one, and that one was about the size of a walnut and was covered with blemishes and rotten. I reviewed the order of items i was actually able to get and realized, while they hadn't charged me for the unavailable items, they did NOT apply the discount even though my reduced order STILL qualified for that discount. I showed them the promo and asked to be credited back that amount. They transfered this over to the 'manager' who appeared to be just as happy about working there and he looked at the order and said they couldn't credit back the online purchase in the store. He took a copy of my promo and receipt and said the manager (wait, i thought YOU were the manager) would credit it back and took my phone number to call to confirm. No call and no credit back to me was ever made.2nd ISSUE: PRIVACY VIOLATION: Recently, Had to pick up two items in a pinch and drove past to grab them quick since i now know that the online, curbside ordering is a waste of time.True to form, they only had ONE item i needed and when i was paying, the cashier asked for my I.D. Granted, i know that might be a policy and i know he wasn't being kind since i know i clearly look over 21.I took out my license and put it forward to show him. He grabbed it from me, was golding it and didnt even seem to look at it so i went to take it back thinking he just went thru the motions since i am obviously over 21. He pulled back and said he has to 'SCAN' it. I told him he could SEE it and confirm that i am of age, but not clear as to what scanning would do. He took my license and scanned it on some separate little device no where near the register.I commented that in light of rampant identity theft, i did not feel its appropriate to take and scan my (anyone's) I.D. and he just said "the scanner checks to see if its fake or not, and i cant sell you this otherwise". I'm not sure how a scanner checks or confirms that the info they are stealing from the back barcode matches the person actually holding the license that is clearly legally allowed to buy alcohol. No other store has ever done this and BevMo will NEVER be able to do that to me.Well, you wont be selling me anything else 'otherwise' ! Im clearly over 21 and my picture ID proves that. You cant even honor the discounts you offer and then you're going to take and SELL people's identity information for your benefit?!?!I recommend Total Wine and More! They've always had my items and (up to this point) have never attempted to take, farmz and sell my personal information.

Everything is very good, excellent place, very friendly employees. What's most fair to me is that they have different kinds of drinks.

They are collecting information on you! I fully understand & support not selling liquor to the under-aged. I am 73 years old & look it. (haven't been "carded" for 40 years) Yet here, it's not enough to simply show your ID, you are required to take it out so they can SCAN it! WHAAAAAT??? I ask to speak with the manager, who confirmed "it's their policy". Well MY policy is to try to protect my privacy. They insisted that "they are only following orders." Got it. Left all my shopping at the counter, plus my BevMo Member card, because I will NEVER be going back to that kinda non-sense again. Went across the street to the market, where I purchased all the same stuff with no hassle, and even paid about 10% less for it. Wudda crock.
