I went in for an alignment on my truck, they said I'd have to wait an our or so, so I waited. Also needed a used tire to exchange the one I had due to the size, they didnt have on ok thats fine. I went to another tire shop, they gave me what I needed and I returned to the shop to get my truck properly aligned. I waited another 30minutes and that fat mofo with braces took his lunch and Iv'e been patiently waiting for my service. I kept asking the other workers what happen, they all said he's at lunch and hes the only one that does alignments. The workers do not know any customer appreciation, and have zero respect for your needs,they're all lazy. The only worker actually working was the blue eyed white guy, please take some notes and from him and learn. This shop was a complete waste of my time and I'll never go back or refer this shop to anyone.
