Very tricky company. Started when they printed a job that we weren't quite ready for because we were going through a name change. Well they printed the wrong name and billed us for it. Then they asked for barter to offset their loss and include a reprint with the correct name. They disappeared, one year later they demand the same agreement. Costs had gone up about 10%. They denied and demanded cash. They are now suing our company for both jobs at an outrageous price, even though they messed up on the first one. Very unprofessional and quick to pull the trigger.
