I had an absolutely amazing experience at this nail salon, and I have to give a huge shoutout to my nail tech, Uyên! She exceeded all my expectations and made my visit truly unforgettable.
It was my first time here, and I must have come on a perfect day because they were serving champagne while I got my pedicure! They do this on a weekly on Wednesdays and Thursdays! To top it off, they had a delightful charcuterie board with Gouda cheese, pretzels, and freshly picked fruits. Talk about pampering!
I opted for the lavender pedicure, which was heavenly. It included scrubs, massages, and a luxurious paraffin wax soak at the end that made my feet feel incredibly soft and rejuvenated.
I will definitely be back whenever I'm in town. If I could, I would give this place 6/5 stars. Highly recommend!

Love the work Kim did on my nails outstanding job. Loved the price feeling more relaxed after leaving then I did when I arrived will be going back.

I called that morning and asked if i could make an appointment for a pedicure for 5:30pm that day. they say yes and take my name down. i show up at 5:30 and all 3 employees are doing pedicures and there's a woman sitting and waiting. i'm told to wait for a "few minutes" and ill be serviced. 10 minutes later one of the ladies finishes up the pedicure but says to the lady already seated that she'll be right with her. so i ask when i will be tended to. she says, very unsure, another 15 minutes. so i just left and had instant and great service at Magnolia Nail Salon. if their policy if first come first serve and appointments don't matter, then don't waste my time by telling me i'd be serviced at the time i requested

I used to come here in high school but decided to give it another shot when i flew back in this week. I booked an appointment for 3 manicures & 3 pedicures for my group @ 12:15 sunday morning. Arrived exactly at 12:15 and they started the water for the pedicures for us. I sat with my feet in cold water w/ no jet for over 30 minutes. My mom came a few minutes after me and they started hers before even touching me at all. I noticed the ladies talking about me in vietnamese and pointing at me while patiently waiting for my turn. after sitting there for 40 minutes i asked for a towel and put on my shoes. The most disappointing part of this experience was i came back in town just to pamper my family members but when it came time to pay they treated me as if i was going to leave without paying. Absolutely no regard for their lack of planning/professionalism. Now i know why i never came back here ! Next time im trying to spend $600 on a spa day i'll be spending my money elsewhere.

Sherwood Nail Salon is a gem. You are greeted when you walk in. There are chaulkboards with the services colorfully listed, not to mention how clean the salon is. Perk, it's adjacent to Starbuck's ;) I am very particular about how I like my nails done, especially my pinky toes ( because of how they grow), and Christina knew exactly what I needed done with it! She even corrected me only how I should request them cut. It is the perfect getaway for pampering yourself. Lastly, the services last! There is no peeling/chipping, and the prices are reasonable for the services provided.

I came in with French Tip Acrylic I requested a soak off once were soaked off I wanted gel. The lady drilled off my acrylic but didn't completely remove it which is why I asked for a soak off. So basically I still had acrylic on my toe and all she did was paint over it with gel. I had a toe that was broken off and she put acrylic but then when she was filing it broke off and she GLUED it back on instead of redoing it I told her that I didn't it want it glued I prefered my real toe nail being painted but she instead because it would be a different shape I told her I didn't care I just didn't want it glued on and that's exactly what she did glued it back on. For the price I paid I'm not satisfied with my service.

This is the BEST nail salon I've ever been too. I have been a faithful customer for about 3 years now and I can't imagine going anywhere else. The salon and the bathroom are always in top top shape and very clean. They always have great music playing and the all of the workers are very sweet. I've been seeing Kim for about 2 years and I can show her any picture and she always does my nails perfectly!! If you're looking for a new nail salon, this is your sign!

For the high prices of their services, the quality does not match. It's a very nice salon and the techs and owner are all nice. However, if I'm paying high prices, the quality should match. I got my gel nails done on June 30th and 9 days later they're chipping. I would expect them to last at least two weeks for the price I paid. Not to mention my entire mail was not painted. Please use better products or lower your prices to match the quality.
