Alisha was very knowledgeable about the mattresses and able to answer all of our questions. She was very patient with my elderly parents who was the customer. I hope the bed and platform performs just as well as she did.

My wife and I were sent on a mission to purchase a new mattress for her elderly mom. We were given the specific requirements in our search by my sister in law. Our first stop would be Mattresses Firm @ Trinity shopping center. Michael was very knowledgeable and patient in working with us and the particulars we had to work with. He showed us all the various options available and did not pressure us into making a decision on the visit. We originally had plans on checking out several different mattress dealers, but Michael made it an easy choice for us to purchase from Mattress Firm. So, we took all the info and presented it to my sister in law and she accepted that. A few days later, we went back to make the purchase. Michael made the process so smooth and easy. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a mattress to go see Michael, he’s the best!

Went here and got helped right away from ashauntie. She was very insightful and helpful. Made sure we got the best deal possible. Definitely needs a raise. If your looking for a mattress with a great deal, go to mattress firm and ask for ashauntie.

The salesman was really good he wasn’t pushy. We spent a lot of time checking out different mattresses. getting the sale was quick and getting the delivery set up was quick.

Alisha was super helpful and attentive to my husband and I needs. We came in knowing what we wanted and told her we are on a budget she was kindly enough to show us around trying out different mattress and adjustable bases. She know the products . She gave us a run down what to expect when getting a new mattress. She gave many options for our needs. She was not pushy for a sale. We left purchasing a new mattress, adjustable base and then some . Again thank you . Sincerely a happy customer .

Today was a great experience. Once I walked in I was greeted by such an awesome man with a great vibe his name was Marcos. Told him what kind of mattress I was looking for he showed me right away 3 .and right away I knew which one I wanted. And my mom was with me and she was sold right away also by the lovely selection they have .But to top it all of Marcos the sales man was incredibly awesome not pushy at all like other sales people we took our time and loved our purchases.
