Super janky! ? Dirty! Lines were clogged, congested, cashiers took a pretty long time even for only a couple of items. I went to grab snacks on a Friday evening and the parking lot is filthy! They do not know what a street sweeper is! Also, the people walking into the food 4 less were half-dressed fat falling out of their shorts and bras? The employees didn't look much different TATTOOS AND PIERCINGS, the jankest temu lashes, I know it's a food 4 less grocery store, exactly why you'd expect families to be shopping here yet unfortunately they end up surrounded by trash!
Expect dope fiens and bums to be near the entrance, the exit, shopping carts, and your car!
Bro Stockton just needs to get nuked already

I am from the Bay Area (Pacifica, Ca) and this Food 4 less is usually too chaotic for me, I find myself overwhelmed and anxious, so I usually use as a last resort since its our local store. But that has changed recently, I want to give credit to a cashier Yesenia who is a native of Bay (South- SF). Who unlike a many cashiers actually noticed my uncomfort and gave great advice about times to avoid crowds at the store as well as local events in the area that would have my kids feel like home. Great Customer service will be going more around evenings. Thank You!

So I got there in the line was very long I'm waiting in a line forever for a cashier that doesn't seem like our line is moving at all it looks like he's just standing still up there turns out he was just taking his time before he turned off his register in front of the whole line nobody came over to take over his line or to scoot his line over to another line they just told us after we had been waiting there for 20 minutes that the line was closed worst customer service ever. Why do they even hire people like this when there's people out there that want a job only went because I needed something for in the morning next time I'll make sure I just wait and drive across town to WinCo their store is dirty crowded and overpriced and their customer service is horrible

I had to use the bathroom and I'm handicap and there was pee all over the handicap stall and I asked someone that works there who do I talk to about the situation and was told that he didn't know.

After my last visit to this location I will never go there again I will drive to the one by my old house. To be told that I need to prove that I'm am disabled. I've stopped here probably 6 times since I moved to downtown Stockton. I've used the mobility scooter that they provide twice and my own the rest of the time. On Monday January 15 2024, I asked where the mobility scooter were parked and was told by shopping cart retriever that I had to show that I was disabled do I have documentation to show that I'm disabled or i.d. first off the ADA says I don't have to prove to you that I'm disabled you don't have the right to ask my that. But if you must know I wear a knee brace I can't walk without it. But I'll walk in your store when I have to shop there because I can. It's painful to do so I'm not using it because I'm fat and lazy like the one's I have seen in them. If I could upload the latest exray or MRI of my knee and you knew what you were looking at you would see my knee is bone on bone. I'll go tonthe Lower Sacramento Rd store they already know I'm disabled

I went to the Food For Less on Wilson Way and left there completely feeling disrespected . I've never been so humiliated .. I mistakenly brought the wrong card and didn't have enough cash to pay for everything . When the checker found this out she got even more of a rude snotty attitude then what she started with .She called the manager and very rudely told the manager to take this "shit" off of my tab The checker let me know right away that she did not want to ring up my items she was grunting and moaning the whole time she was ringing up my groceries . So I said you are very rude and you should get a different job where you don't have to work around people because if you're gonna be in this kind of business you have to deal with people every day all day and she said I just rang you up I don't have to listen to this BS , and one of the male employees overheard the conversation and told me hey if you don't like it, you don't have to put up with that you can leave . This cannot be good for business. I am a faithful Food 4 Less customer go there almost every day but I will never go to this location again . I don't know maybe the owner of this Food 4 Less doesn't mind if his checker is rude and belittle the customers and make the customers feel regret for going in that location . I'm sure I'm not the first and sadly probably far from the last . I love every other Food 4Less I have ever been in . Sad that this one checker can make me go from a 5 star to a 1 star but that's just how bad the experience was . Very hurtful .No one knows what it takes for a person to walk through those doors in the first place . Just saying I don't expect to get a checker with a horrible attitude problem in any place of business.
