To the female pharmacist that answered my call on Tuesday, May 17 around 2:30, that was hands down the rudest call I’ve ever had. I need a prescription picked up ASAP and every pharmacy in town said they take days, since it’s expensive or something. My health plan, as well as the hospital I was at, called them to see what they could do, and she was just fed up with the calls. When I personally called El Dorado, she knew who I was and told me all I did was waste peoples time, having people call the pharmacy. That female pharmacist should NOT be in a profession where clients are desperate and concerned about their health. She had zero sympathy or compassion and made me feel absolutely terrible.

This is my pharmacy of choice. The staff are friendly and helpful. They are attentive to detail. The location is conveniently located just a little way off the freeway, so access is easy. I can call ahead and they have my Rx's ready when I arrive. The robot they have is really cool too that fills the prescriptions!
