My trip to the CVS last night on March lane in Stockton CA. was disturbing, frustrating, uncomfortable, basically a very bad experience. It was approximately 9:00 pm. I could see that the young girl at the register was alone as the line was long and I didn't see any other employees anywhere. We needed a skin care item that was located away from the other item in this name brand which were all locked up, it took a few minutes to find, we pressed the button to have an employee come and open the locked items. I thought maybe another employee was in the back, had to use the restroom or whatever, no the girl really was alone. I also noticed that two very, I'll just call them questionable characters were walking the cosmetic aisles and literally shoveling items off the shelves into those large fabric shopping bags. It was pretty obvious what was happening I told the girl at the register, for sure someone would come out of somewhere by now. No she really was alone. She said, there is nothing anyone can do because they could sue the store, I said, what about the police, she said it's not worth their time. So as they ran out with who knows how much merchandise the bags were full. I yelled at them them that "What you are doing is very UNCOOL" and "you guys are LOSERS!!! LOSERS!!!"
What I really wanted to do was "RAM THEM WITH A SHOPPING CART" but I'm I'm not a violent person and I had my grandkids with me. I realize what that could do, and I can write on and on about what I would do after that. but I'll stop now. It's very bad out there.

Understaffed, understocked, and a useless rent-a-cop that follows you around the store while you shop. One cashier for a long line, when there could be a self checkout to help speed things up . Not a welcoming environment.

Terrible customer service, there is NO MERCHANDISE only a few supplies you can easily get at some convenience/grocery store.

When it is busy and you are in extreme pain and forced to use the drive-through figure, you'll easily spend half an hour to what seems like almost an hour to get your medication.

I have to say I don't like going to cvs anymore the wait in the drive through today was I'm guessing about an hour long. The cars were lined up into the drive way into the main parking lot of the shopping center. I was going to wait but I don't have that kind of time. I have to go to cvs 4 to 5 times a month because I can never get the meds to sync in a single day and when I do go to cvs the lines are huge. I'm disabled and I can't stand in line because of pain and the drive through is typically 30 minutes to an hour. In the end I travel to to cvs about 7 to 8 times a month and can only pickup about twice a month. The rest of the trips are a waste of gas and time.

This CVS pharmacy has the WORST EMPLOYEE'S!! I don't know how they don't get in more trouble!! I was hung up on while in the middle of asking a question! The next day, I called, and the guy was EXTREMELY rude to me! I had a question about how to show my proof of insurance, and they acted like I was stupid for my questions! I'm BEYOND MAD!! Treat people with common courtesy! This was so unprofessional and horrible!

You have two lanes for Drive thru Pharmacy, but utilize only one lane, so the line is always long. We waited at least 10 min before it was our turn, while the car was running.

Awesome and fast service got a bottle before cutoff time with only 8 mins before shutoff time but got it no problem and was rang up and checked out quick and correctly with respect and smiles. And the cashier had a beautiful sleek ponytail.

Great location and parking. Very easy to schedule a vaccine online. The pharmacist was very professional and team members were welcoming. Great values on sunscreens.

I just had the flu and the COVID-19 vaccines. Brian, who applied the vaccines was extremely rough to the point that made me bleed. He saw the bloody bandage, but he did not do anything to change it and pretended not to have seen it. I suggest to change him not only for the aforementioned, but also for not informing me to remain 15 Minutes to wait for side effects and because he did not show me the vaccine before applying it.

The pharmacy filled a wrong mg dosage costing us a $455 overpayment. They continue to fill old prescriptions after dr orders increased disage.
