Was not happy with the customer service at Air Gas. Much better experience at Barnes. The guys at the counter were awesome. Nice to see that they welcome walk in customers.

This store has an employee that tested positive for Covid-19 today. The employee came to work "not feeling well" and continued to work around other employees and countless customers, before getting his results back. The Stockton store is still open for business and is not closed for disinfecting. Management and owners are committing bad practices in the work place. If you are in the Stockton store please beware of this. Stop the spread

Reason why I’m giving five star I don’t exactly what’s the guys name but tall white guy probably part Mexican also with glasses but he was very polite as soon as I walked in he asked me if I needed help. Turns out they didn’t have the part that I was looking for but that’s not about the part I was looking for. it was about how respectful he was.thank you God bless you

Their customer service is garbage. You can walk in and there could be 5 guys working there and no one will come up to help you or ask if you need help. They'll ignore you for a solid 10-15 min. I will not be giving them my business anymore. I recommend airgas by Cherokee ln exit.

3 stars for the two older gentlemen and available stocked product. -2 for the younger man childs who always sit around hides and offers no help. Especially the big out of shape heavy breathing man child who throws a fit, runs his mouth, never wants to lift a finger and has a bad attitude when he has to service the customers. Hope you guys dont meet this guy. Other than that the two older gentlemen are great
