(The van had a small chip on the windshield, which Emil made sure to check and document personally so that we are covered in case it spreads in the future. He also personally asked their best mechanic to come in to take a look and fix it up the next day to make sure it's perfectly done - on top of that, he made sure to fill up the gas for us as he knew we were traveling from some distance!)Moreover, even though they were extremely busy the day we came, they still made sure we were well taken care of. “My wife hit a pothole and resulted in a flat tire. Tire shop neglected to see the damage to control arms( broken). We noticed a lot of play in the steering and took it to western alignment. They noticed the damage right away and kept the car overnight, insisting my wife not drive it for safety reasons. Car was ready the next morning.
