Do not do pickups at this store. Understaffed to the point where I was waiting in line for 30 mins. Curbside pickup probably 10 mins. They also don't want to print out receipts which makes no sense. Terrible customer service, you have to wait in line for a long time just to get checked out. So many homeless people walking in and out of the store. They also won't price adjust for items that are different on their website online.

I'm writing this review so that others are aware and don't get jabbed incorrect way on any kind of vaccine shots at Walgreens. Last Fri, I went in for Covid booster shot- that night I've never experienced such an excruciating arm pain. I took 2 Tylenol to ease the pain and tried to sleep but the pain was still there. I know that one of the side effect is sore arm but my past Covid shots were never like this, as this was a different level of arm pain where I couldn't move my arm at all. I called Teladoc the next day and Dr. Prescribed ibuprofen 600, and that eased my pain for that day but it's been more than a week now, and I still have some pain when I move my arm in a certain way and arm feels like something is not aligned right. If persists, I'd need to go see a doctor. After extensive research i found several articles with the same experience which is called Sirva-shot was not administered right and was jabbed too high on my shoulder instead of my deltoid muscle. Pharmacist should really be careful on this. Im now scared to get a shot! If you are planning to get a vaccine shot, please ask the pharmacist to place it at the right place-deltoid muscle so that you don't go thru this pain! I'm going to let Walgreens know that they should get trained regularly!

Wtf, seriously, I asked the cashier politely if he can help me apply a coupon since it said I can redeem it paperless. Straight up told me I could not since the product does not look like the one in the coupon. Before showing him the coupon I reread the term and condition, and the description multiple times. First, I thought maybe it was my mistake, and out of curiosity I decided to order on the website to see if the coupon did not apply like he claimed. It worked!! Turned out the dude was lazy that's all. He's too damn lazy to even check. At that point I'm not even mad at the coupon incident, I'm mad at the fact he's too damn lazy to do a simple job!

I've had mixed experiences at this location. One visit went well, staff was friendly, prompt and I had no issues whatsoever. The other visits, however, made me really question store managements' choices. I had one drive-up order that ended up taking so long that I literally said F*it because I was in a hurry and went inside to Pickup from the counter (which took additional time). My latest visit felt like I had to teach a young staff member how to do a charge-back on a purchase because the store's inventory had not been updated to reflect out of stock items and I decided to cancel one of my items because it was not worth buying. I felt so sorry for the kid because se seemed lost and completely confused and was obviously not trained. Don't stick staffing on the floor unless they are trained first, its a huge reflection of your own skills and experience.

first class all the way. the pharmacy is exceptional. one of the best you can find. they really helped me get set up with everything i needed. joanie , mason, robert.....they all jumped in and get me rollin!! will be going there for a long long time.

This review is for the pharmacist alone. I am due for my 3rd HPV shot today (01/13/2022), so I scheduled with them because my insurance had changed and for that reason I couldn't go to my clinic anymore. This pharmacist was rude and treated me unfairly! Right after she asked me when I had my second shot and I kindly explained to her that the clinic I went to for my 2nd shot scheduled me 4 months from today (so just count 4 months from now) She then told me she needed to know when. Ok fine, I pulled out my phone to look at my calendar to find out when, then she just stormed off. Got the answer she needed, but when she came back instead of resuming to help me, knowing the fact I stood there at the window waiting for her, she causally had a phone conversation (not prescription or patient related) with someone in front of me. My feeling was she purposely prolong the phone conversation to ignore helping me. Then she turned her back towards me and continued talking on the phone over 5 mins. I had to call out attention to the other nurse. So the nurse called her. She turned around and told me it's her job to know when (with an attitude). I told her "I have the answer for you but your wasting my time. I have somewhere I need to be!" She then told me it's going to be an hour wait and if I don't have time then go. Wow!!! Just threw it out there like I wouldn't know how long the procedure would take. I already had 2 shots done before. Never took 2 hours! Photo attached is the rude pharmacist and her name was Ly. I'm not going to let it go. This really infuriates me. Due to the fact I had to schedule to take off work an hour early for that appointment to make in time so I could go pick up my kids afterwards from school, but then she told me the wait was hour more! Ridiculous!!! Already called Walgreens complaint line. I will file a complaint to the medical board as well.

Customer service is the worst. I was was on hold for 20 mins for the pharmacy department. They pick up and put me back on hold for more than 5 times. Imagining while waiting for an agent to pick up, ring ring ring picked up then clicked the music turned back then repeated 5 more times. I felt like s**** thought someone was playing a prank or didn't care to ask before putting me back on hold. Oh well I cancelled all my orders and brought my business somewhere else.

This Walgreens store is the ultimate worst in customer service, It is non existent and the pharmacy tech I talked to is so rude and hang up on me. So unprofessional, she should be fired. I wish I got her name but I'm pretty sure she hates her job and doesn't care what customers think. They always make a mistake in filling out prescription because they do not have good communication among each other. They always made me come back 2 to 3 times everytime to get the medicine that I need. They blame the customer for their inefficiency and unprofessionalism. It is the customer's fault not them. I thought CVS was bad but wow, Walgreens phone techs are the worst. So unprofessional.

Loveeee how sweet this young man Augustine was!!! He helped my crazy self find this little toy thing that I wanted, and even checked the back for me and went out of his way to help me find the item! So sweet everyone here is helpful, other people won't go out of their way to find a useless item for me, but they did! Best Walgreens! Thank you Augustine if you're reading this! I am the one asking for the Squishmallow hahaha

I generally wouldn't write a review about a drug store but I feel the need to for this specific location. First of all, the parking lot is sooo sketchy with homeless people and graffiti everywhere! As I was approaching the store, I noticed two homeless men begging for money right by the entrance. They looked like drug addicts and weren't wearing any masks during the pandemic. I was going to turn back around but I had photos printed at this location so I had to go in. Sure enough they approached me with no mask and asked for money. I shook my head and quickly walked in - scared. I don't understand why they do not call the cops or let the homeless people know that can't stand there but I'm sure the workers are just as scared as I am. I walked in and like any other Walgreens - it was dead. Only one cashier at the register. I walked to the photo section and nobody was in sight. I walked to the register and told the cashier and she called somebody over. The employee she called over was clueless. I struggled with her as we tried to find my photo. We went through the entire stack and mine was the last one. What a waste of time and poor service! The quality of the photo was also very poor! I submitted a bright photo but it printed out soo dark! Never again would I trust Walgreens with any photos that I print out. This location is awful, service was poor, and quality was bad. Sorry but I do not think I'll ever be back.

I went to this walgreens to pick up 2 "8x10" pictures i got for free off my Tmobile tuesday app. Well when i went to the photography desk and this blonde white lady attended me very rude. I told her i was picking up 2 pictures, both were under my name but one was for someone else but that person couldnt come along. And she told me "you know its one picture per household", like ok? One it said on the tmobile promotion "1 PER CUSTOMER" not "1 PER HOUSEHOLD" and for her to make a stupid remark like that was unnecessary. I just thought to myself "wow first there is a limit on food and now on pictures? What a joke!!" Never comming back here ever again, rather drive to a different walgreens than come to this one and get spoken to rude. I honestly felt like she was being racist knowing im a hispanic young lady but with that being said, i hope she gets delt with. WHICH I DOUBT. Why go to work of your gona be in a b**** a** attitude with everyone, like its not the customers fault your being a b***** Sorry NOT SORRY.
