Came in today in the morning 1/2/2023 to drop off a three packages. The latina lady working the front desk had a disgusting attitude. I love it when i deal with rude people. It makes me wonder how pathetic their life is outside of their job to treat a member of the public without the outmost respect.I told the lady to give me three separate receipts for each package. To which she said "too late". Laziness never surprises me. Whoever the post master at this location is, you need to train these public employees (remember who pays for their living - tax payers) better.

This is a horrible post office . Francene gave me her direct number and the Asian man that works here very rudely told me I cannot call. Then hung up on me. This is the same man that tried to blame the seller for a very expensive package that this Stanton Post Office lost. They also always deliver our packages to the wrong address/mailbox or put packages that I cannot retrieve out because they are stuck in our small mailbox. And I had a problem with one of the mailman from this location delivering packages straight to my door a handful times when he was supposed to deliver to the mailbox. It creeped me out greatly. Always some kinda problem. This is a horrendous location and most of the workers here are just not it. I wish we had a better local post office.

I have to vent somewhere....I am absolutely fed up with our mail delivery in Stanton, California. You never know what time of day (mostly evening deliveries) the mail is going to be delivered or picked up. For some reason we do not have a regularly assigned mailman. We have clients that have paid for Priority and Express Mail services to which they are never delivered on the next day as promised. A big waste of money to pay for USPS services that are not honored. I run a business from home, however, I am still so disappointed in not even having our personal mail delivered in a timely manner.My next email will be sent to consumer affairs to see if they can assist in sorting out this very frustrating and unprofessional service that the Stanton, California post office has been providing.

They don’t even deserve a 1-star review. The worst customer service I have ever seen.We have been applying for our family member’s passport for years at the USPS in Bolsa until this time we were very rush to make the passport for my son so we had to make the appointment farther to have the fastest appointment. The email confirmation of the appointment stated Time: 10:00am to 10:15am. I came in at 10:10am and they said I was late. Either I have to wait or reschedule the appointment. Then they looked at the paperworks and said we have to do our own photocopies of the paperworks and told us to go to the printing shop to do it or reschedule the appointment. Never in my life have heard that. And so we still did. And they still didn’t accept or tried to help just because they don't have the right instructions of the photocopies. And again, either we go to the printing shop or reschedule.To the employees who works at USPS at 10440 Beach BLVD on Friday 06/02/2023 at 10am to 12pm: if you have experience a whole different passport service at other places, you might work better and help people out instead make their life harder. You will get it back in life, remember that. If you don't like your job? Quit! Don't make USPS look bad just because of those employees like you.

I have been coming here almost daily now for an year. I run a small business so I need to drop off packages a lot. Each worker I have interacted with has been so kind and willing to help! If you are only coming here once in a blue moon you may be coming frustrated but as someone who sees them frequently I know they provide excellent customer service. In addition, the rate of mistakes from USPS is .01 from my small business. All issues have been resolved. In regards to residential mail the supervisor has helped me twice (once for a misplaced package and once for a break in in the mailboxes). The supervisors are aware of many of the issues going on and they do follow up and get these things resolved. Thank you USPS in Stanton for the continued excellent customer service.

I usually would not make comments but this day, 1/3/23 Supervisor is TERRIBLE. We made appointment for Passport app, arrived on time, was told to wait 45mins more, came back, completed half of the application, then the worker said Supervisor told her to work the line( while there's -3 workers there)...come back in "1 hr later or people in line are done"....back and forth, took about 3hrs WITH APPOINTMENT!! what is the point of making one and walk-in line Will NOT be "Done"Please Change Policy or change SupervisorHorrible, No consideration of those making appointments

Francine Postmaster Supervisor of the Post office location.. super Rude, I called to request a refund do to a double charge, she kept on speaking over me, wouldn’t give me an estimated time of a call back or refund and just hung up on me. Rude- a business needs customers we can go to a different locations. I do not recommend this location.

Parcels with various addresses left at my door. One of them is not even in the same city. Most importantly parcel that belong to me went missing too. Probably put it somewhere else. Nowhere to call.
